Craig came at short notice to resolve an issue with a uPVC door. Very professional, courteous and maintained great communication letting me know when he was on his way. Would 100% recommend.

Craig sorted out a failed mechanism on our french doors and fixed a really annoying back door that was difficult to lock. He explained things clearly to me and I knew the cost upfront. My locking mechanism disintegrated, I rang Craig, he was with me within a couple of hours, couldn’t fix it there and then due to an unusual part required but made the door secure overnight and returned the next day to fit the correct part he had sourced. Excellent service would highly recommend.
