Very good service, can not fault the job Neil did sorting out replacement keys for me and my family, very quick and good pricing. showed me locks he was doing for heritage buildings in the UK and how he has done locks for major houses in the world, really can not recommend him enough.

I walked into Aladdin's cave and was instantly mesmerised. I had a particularly irksome problem that Neil solved very quickly. Called Keith Carrier and son out on Monday 28 October 2019 when my front door lock would not lock/unlock, he came to ours straight away as I was due at work a bit later, within the hour my lock had been changed and was working perfect, he also noticed that one of my door handles was broke, he did a repair on the handle which again now works like a new one and he also lubricated my door locks all this was done at a VERY REASONABLE price. I would definately use again and would strongly recommend his services, 5* from me.

A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic same day service. Came to repair a UPVC door mechanism and I asked for upgrades on several locks he wasn’t expecting. Val had to make a couple of trips to get supplies but completed the job he came to do and more. All the work was completed efficiently, thoroughly and in a tidy way. He left me with complete peace of mind about the security of my house.

Tom arrived on time and quickly sorted a brand new key and coded it to the car. Cost was so much cheaper than VW who wanted £387 for the key and £85 to code it. Brilliant service. Use Tom for all your auto key needs.

My neighbour gave me Ricky’s number as he had done work for them a few weeks previously. I found him to be very friendly and helpful. He spent two hours at our house fixing a window jammed shut and not only fixed the problem but discovered another issue and sorted that too without additional cost. Professionally he’s very knowledgeable. The thing that made me realise I’d found a really good tradesman was when he stood at my front door and I took him through the house to look at the job and when I turned around he had taken his shoes off and was carrying them under his arm. The cost is good and he keeps you informed about everything. 100% recommendation from me, brilliant service.

Installed a centralised door lock that I can control (open and lock) from my phone and set specific user settings - in addition to using fobs. Significantly increased the security of my building and made it much easier for room hire too! Would highly recommend Ricky and the range of door lock solutions he has!
