Tom arrived on time and quickly sorted a brand new key and coded it to the car. Cost was so much cheaper than VW who wanted £387 for the key and £85 to code it. Brilliant service. Use Tom for all your auto key needs.

Locked my keys in my car, found toms number on Google as a cannock local, unfortunately he said he was on another call out so would be around 2-3 hours. I called another lock Smith due to me needing to get home as I was on nights, the other company said they would be with me in 30mins but was more like an hour, but they were much cheaper than Tom so, they were quicker and cheaper, now as the girlfriend of a block paver I should know, cheaper and quicker usually goes very wrong, as people always call my partner back after they went with the quicker and cheaper quote haha. So my quick locksmith came with little air pumps and a wire to get through my window for 2 hours we attempted, I tried and other people tried, we could not get in the car, the man was lovely but wasted time. Tom then called back out of courtesy to see if I was sorted, he came straight away like 5mins and took about 2 mins to get in with proper tools, moral of they story should have waited and paid the extra 🙄 thank you, would hight recommend, plus I damaged the car with the rod with the other locksmith my door on the inside is all scratched and the door is wedged oope from the air pumps that he used
