Steve assessed my door lock and decided that a repair would fix the problem, rather than going through the more costly option of replacing the lock. I received a full explanation, service was very prompt and I was kept updated with time of arrival. It was also very refreshing to speak to a genuine and friendly businessman!

We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security.
