After an attempted break-in where my conservatory window and door were popped, I called Nigel at Belvoir Glass & Locks. By sheer luck, he was there within five minutes! He quickly secured everything with temporary boarding and gave a clear quote, explaining that the glass might take a couple of weeks. But what really stood out was how hard he worked to get the glass sooner—he kept me updated, pushed to speed things up, and succeeded! The moment it arrived, he wasted no time getting it fitted. The work was absolutely flawless—done super fast, cleaned up perfectly, and left looking as good as new. Nigel and his team are simply amazing—fast, responsive, and truly care about getting the job done right. I’ve saved his business card for any future needs. If you need glass or locks sorted, this is the guy to call. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant. Price was very reasonable and job was completed in very good time. I would recommend Nigel as a first class workman who is a real expert in his trade.

Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!
