Jamal was super friendly, helpful and efficient! Our boiler broke and he didn’t have the part, so set us up with a temporary fix so we didnt have to have cold showers. Top service all round.

Jammal was a fantastically attentive and helpful electrician. He sorted all sorts of things out around the flat, including replacing a towel rail, checking electric circuits / lights, replacing a burglar alarm and also fixing an issue with a cooker extractor. He has been back several times doing these jobs and I would be more then happy to have him back again. Thoroughly recommended.

Came at short notice it install my new electric oven, as my old one had stopped working. Polite and professional , even identified and fixed my cooker socket that had been wired incorrectly. The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

Paul did a great job repairing a socket wire I had put a screw through, he even managed to come down early due to a cancellation. He left the place really tidy even though he had to make a hole in the plasterboard to access the wires, and did it all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend 😊

Contacted Paul for new lighting in the house. He supplied some high quality products and expertly installed them too. Previous cable work (from others before we bought the house) was not done very well but the problem was solved by Paul. We're very happy with the results as well as with the overall cost of parts and labour. Paul is a great, friendly tradesperson who has lots of experience/advice and his services were 10/10. We will definitely call again if and when we need him!

Paul has done quite a lot of work in the sheltered housing scheme I live in. He was recommended to me via some of the residents. I needed a new cooker wiring in. I had been given 3 phone numbers for electricians. Out of 3 definitely he was best on price. He is personable,punctual and a quick and very tidy workman. He,s the tradesman you wish you would of known years ago. Instead of some of the chancers that claim there trades people. I will definitely use him again.

Paul is a really genuine nice guy. Excellent Electrician and nothing is too much trouble. Fitted 2 new wall lights ,7 sockets and fixed 2 ceiling lights. One of the wall lights turned out to be faulty, paul came back and took it down for us then came and put the replacement up. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Great service! Would highly recommend Tom and his team for your electrical install needs. Tom recently installed the full wiring to our newly built garden room, inclusive of spot lights, heating, sockets and outside lights. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.
