Great service from Matt, we had to wait a while until he could visit us as he is so busy (always a good sign), but he worked out what the problem was and ordered the part in advance, so he could fix our oven. He is a really nice and helpful guy, and would definitely recommend him.

Good communication from confirming appointment, reminder the day before and update as Matt was able to get to me slightly earlier on the day. He assessed what needed doing and went about the repair and also tested my Britannia Range cooker to ensure all working correctly. Took me through what he had done.
