In Nov 19 Derek fitted a new fuse box for me, rewired my cooker, new outside up and down lights and new down lights internally in my lounge diner & kitchen, with dimmer switches. He planned and actioned everything in between other work I was having done to ensure there was no risk of getting plaster & paint on the new lights, meaning he had to drop in and out a few times. We found Derek to be friendly, efficient, knowledgable, responsive, he explained everything well and the results are great; we'd have no hesitation engaging him again or recommending him to friends.

We were very happy with Derrick, he did a great job changing our fuse box, installing a CCTV camera and complete revision of the electricity and plugs and wherever he found something which required an attention he just fixed it. Very pleased for the service.

Harry was just amazing from start to finish ! He arrived on time and just cracked on with the job ! He was polite, respectful and very hardworking! He replaced an outside power socket for me as well as an additional socket by my pond down my garden so I can have a fountain . On top of that he installed lighting in my garden… it looks amazing. I would certainly recommend Harry … he has done a brilliant job and he does other work too: fencing , plastering etc I have asked him to do some more work for me . Superb job …. thank you Harry !!!

Emergency call out on Saturday night as I'm disabled; poor bloke was just about to eat dinner when I rang. Half an hour he was on our doorstep, and soon had us lit up and internet ready 😆. Excellent service from a very polite, professional gentleman, and a good price to boot.

We’ve used Jack and various members of his team for work at our previous property and current house. I have used Redfern Rowley twice since moving to the area. Both times they were extremely helpful, organised and were able to give advice on future works. I won't be using another electrician as these are the best out there.

All our sockets kept blowing the circuit breaker every few minutes starting 1 am Sat morning - after waiting in all day Sat for another firm to come out who didn’t show, in desperation we rang Redfern Rowley early Sunday who could not have been more helpful and responsive. Our problem was sorted over the phone by Mark, we were thrilled with the service and wish we had gone straight to them in them in the first place, that is definitely what we will do if we need an electrician in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had loads of work needing doing, the more they completed the more jobs came to light. The guys communicated brilliantly, accepted all the extra jobs that kept cropping up and completed them quickly. A rapid response was received by this company who completed the installation of a new 10-way mains fuse box making way for an additional fridge freezer. A clean, neat professional job was completed in record time. Then, another piece of work involved access to the loft to provide connections for two pull cord switches in two further bedrooms. The creative use of trunking meant redecoration was not necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any domestic electrical work.
