Super quick response to my initial request. Carl turned up the next day, at time agreed, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great experience and reasonable price, will definitely keep their number in my phone for future requirements.

Contacted at ~5pm on Sunday evening with description of a shared neutral issue impacting two lights in our house.
