Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system. If you are considering a solar-powered system then you won't be disappointed with Wayne. I'm glad we chose an electrician passionate about his craft rather than a 'pop-up' solar installation company that just want to get in and out.

Wayne and the guys were amazing, even our dog liked them. Had solar panels and battery fitted. The installation was clean and looks great and were saving more than quoted even with our poor weather. Can't recommend enough.

Wanted a new light fitting . Only a small job, thought we would have difficulty getting someone, but no we e-mailed them they replied very quickly came the next day took 20 minutes at most and charged a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anybody needing an electrician.

We appointed Alan Chambers to carry out a number of electrical works. Safe to say Steve and his team did a fantastic job! They took the time to make sure we fully understood the works involved and explained the works thoroughly. The team worked really hard to ensure the jobs were carried out to a very high standard. Steve and Tom have done a fantastic job installing a new consumer unit and rewiring the lighting through the house for us. Very friendly polite guys. Turn up when expected, clean up when finished and very Honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again if we need an electrian in the future. I used Hirst Electrical Services to carry out an EICR Report on a house I was looking to buy in Ilkeston. They were able to arrange to visit the house at the same time as the surveyor so there was little disturbance for the seller. Steve gave me a call on his way home to let me know the results and the report was with me a few days later. Great service from the team and I will use them again for any more work I need on my house.

I would highly recommend this company Loscoe Electrical; they have undertaken an array of electrical work for me in my house renovation projects from electrical work for Bathroom, Kitchen, mood lighting, outside lighting, fans, etc. I have had other companies previously work on my home and this company absolutely outperforms them. Their standard of work is superb and of the highest quality, their staff - Ed, Pat & Danny are very capable, friendly and make sure they leave the job with a clean finish. We are in the process of moving house, and needed our EV charger removed from our old property. Contacted Loscoe Electrical, my husband had long seen their van around and always commented on how clean and professional it looked, so was the first person he contacted. Came back to us super fast with a quote and date and we booked in. Removal of the charger was super fast and efficient, really friendly and got the job done efficiently! Would defenietly recommend in future. Shame we are moving out of area otherwise we would have asked them to install our new charger.

We used Mark for a full electrical rewire. As we were doing a full house renovation, we went through many electricians / quotes before choosing him (and we were very new to this). We chose Mark due to his professionalism and knowledge, as well as being friendly and approachable. He took time to answer any questions we had and gave us some very helpful tips. Nothing was ever too much and when we had last minute changes he was happy to accommodate. He was very careful with all the fixtures we provided, leaving the plastic covers on until we were ready to remove them post-renovation. We engaged with Mark to investigate a fault with our electrics which had been causing the fuses to trip. He completed a thorough diagnostic and took his time to ensure he identified the cause of the fault. He fitted us a new fuseboard and took considerable care to ensure he did a proper job and explained how it worked. Mark is both friendly and professional and we would have no hesitation recommending him.

Mark carried out a full rewire of our house. The minute he left after providing a quote, we knew we'd found our electrician. Mark gave us the confidence we needed to know he is an excellent electrician; he explained everything in detail and provided recommendations that were in our best interest and within our budget. He didn't try to up sell us or streer us wrong. Mark travelled every morning to our house which is a decent distance from his home. He communicated regularly with us when our input was needed. I visited a couple of times during the rewire and Mark left the house in a very tidy state; you can tell he truly cares about his work, his tools, and his customers. I has no power in my downstairs sockets.. Paul & Gavin came to my rescue and found faults on the downstairs sockets, boiler electric and wall lights. Once they had found these they quickly and safely got the electric back on.Very professional and lovely guys. Thank you..Highly recommended.

We had a flash and a bang yesterday morning and the spur controlling our electric hob was dead. Within 2 hours of my calling, Luke was there with the relevant spare parts and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was very impressed by the whole process and service, from the way I was treated during the initial phone call, through the job itself, to the completion of the payment via ApplePay. I have already given them another job!

Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed.
