Hired JS Electrical for an EICR and follow-up remedial work to get a property safe and ready for rental - professional, quick, tidy, they did a great job on the electrics (new fuse board checked everything over) and have been amazingly helpful working out the paperwork side of things to make sure everything was signed off properly.
