Tom was fantastic, he took the time to look at the issue with my electric shower, explain what was wrong and gave me his honest recommendation for the best fix. Not only that, he did the extra work to make sure that the issue wouldn't happen again. Came back the next day and sorted the problem. Super friendly, knowledgeable and the work was done for a very fair price. I couldn't recommend him enough!
