Had Steve back for a second job at our property (which says it all for a tradesperson!), this time fitting an EV charging point for us. As before, Steve was helpful, friendly, professional and fairly priced, turning up when he said he would. Got exactly what we asked for. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

I contacted SJK regarding my electric shower not heating. Steve supplied and fitted a new one to my requirements, fitting me in within a few days of getting in touch. Friendly, professional and courteous-definitely recommend and would use again.

Steve did a fantastic job of transforming my small bathroom. He ripped out a walk-in bath and two layers of wall tiles on top of one another (?!) and replaced them with a lovely big shower and vanity unit as pictured. Also Steve re-tiled the walls which wasn’t straightforward as my walls were a bit wonky! He was always punctual, professional and tidied up after himself each day. Steve also was able to undertake some other tasks I found for him, including removing a radiator, installing a new electrical consumer unit and other electrical jobs. Would definitely recommend him and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Recently got in touch with SJK electrical & property services to install a replacement integrated oven. He was actually on holiday when we contacted him but this did not stop him replying and arranging to come out on his return. He did a fabulous job, so professional. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him .👍👍👍

Turned up on time, looked at and then did the job which was brilliant as I thought he'd go away and price it up first. Did a really good job, and very tidy as well, he obviously thinks a lot about the aesthetics and advises you if he feels the wiring will look a bit messy and comes up with alternatives. Really pleased and would recommend him.

I had Scott come to me to rewire the TV to be mounted on the wall. He was excellent. Friendly, tidy and when there was a slight mishap with the buildings wiring which knocked of the Internet and he came back the next day and rectified it for me. I can’t fault Scott and his buddy. Amazing service! James came out to us a few months ago when Virgin Media cut through our electricity cable whilst installing fibre and didn't tell us 🙄 James came out at very short notice and identified the problem and advised us what to do next. He also gave us really useful advice about our ageing fuse box! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊

James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. I contacted James very last minute after the dishwasher had leaked, tripped the electrics and damaged the socket and plug. He was upfront about cost from the start, gave loads of great advice and did extra checks whilst he was here. James was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him.

James and his team are top quality! They did wiring in most rooms, putting new lights on, new switches and new sockets on with new hobs in the kitchen. They communicated effectively with me, with their works they are doing. The lads are really good at what they do. James has been responsive and his customer service is great. I look forward to be working with this team again in my next investment project!

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. Simples. What a pleasant experience !

This is the second time I have used Positive Electrics. This time I asked them to upgrade the lights in my kitchen, loft and outside to LEDs and motion activated where appropriate . James was very good an advising me about light levels - tone and brightness - which was helpful as I grew up with 40, 60 and 100w bulbs. He also advised me about replacing my burglar alarm and 2 old extractor fans in bathroom areas. The estimates were clearly laid out and I understood exactly what work was being done and roughly how long it would take. The team ( 2 electricians and a mate) that came to do the work were fantastic. I was working from home that day with a heavy schedule and they were very careful in planning their work so it didn’t disrupt mine. They were a pleasure to have in the house, very polite and friendly and they explained how all the new kit worked especially the burglar alarm. Before leaving they made sure I was happy and they tidied everything up and hoovered. I strongly recommend them.

The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. Searched around for a local electrician who installed home EV charges and came across Plexus Electrical. Michael was very informative in helping us choose the correct EV charger and arrived on time and was quick and tidy in his work.
