I cannot recommend Marford Dental Practice enough. The entire team is so professional, friendly and care about their patients! I always feel like I’m in great hands.

I get really anxious at the dentist, but the team made me feel so relaxed and looked after. Kind, patient and gentle! Highly recommend for nervous patients.

I am so happy with the service I have had from Marford Road Dental Practice. I have had horribly crooked teeth for years, with overlaps and teeth out of line. I finally decided to do something for myself and started Invisalign. I was show how my teeth were predicted to move and guided through the process step by step. I had regular check ins where my progress was monitored and adjustments made if necessary. I am now having some finer adjustments to get it as close to perfect as possible. I have so much more room in my mouth now and a far better smile. I am really looking forward to seeing the finished result.

Dr Indumini and Roshan were so kind and considerate with me especially as they knew I have a fear of dentists, they kept reassuring me and gave me all the time I needed when they were checking my teeth. Even when checking they were they were really careful and gentle so I wasn’t in pain, and whenever they saw me in distress they slowed down/stopped until I told them it was okay. Truly a brilliant doctor/team! Thank you!

Had a filling which I was very nervous about plus needed a wisdom tooth out too.I neednt have worried as all went very smoothly , just got some swelling which might take a few weeks to calm down.....

One of the best dentist we have been to! I have an autistic child and the dentist is so patient and calm with him. She always explains what she’s doing. And she does not pressure the kids into hurrying up. She makes sure they are comfortable! We are so lucky to have a dentist in the area that is so good with the children!

My daughter broke her tooth Friday. I called iconic smiles straight away, even though they are very busy, Tanya the receptionist got her in. Her tooth was built up by the very talented Natasha. It looks perfect, like her own tooth. I really can't recommend the whole team enough. They are professional, caring and extremely good with nervous patients. I’m a nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in many years. Diane put me at total ease. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. Afterwards, the lady on reception was really friendly too. A great experience.

I've been at this dentist for 35 years now. The reception staff are fantastic as always. My son went today and saw a new dentist there called Josh. My son (22) has a couple of neurological conditions and suffers with severe anxiety. Donald (who is one of the best) was in there too with the dentist. He actually thought Josh was great! He kept my son informed before he done anything and explained it fully until he got it. He was very empathetic to his needs and let him do some work on his teeth. It's bad enough having a fear of the dentist, but having trust in the dentist looking after you is 70% of the battle. Thanks Josh, you had a very positive impact today. Thankyou.

I found the Dentist, Josh to be very efficient, and thorough. He immediately knew what my problem was and dealt with it promptly, his highly skilled and professional, he had given the advise on what to do for aftercare with great explanation in detailed, specially if you have a dry socket tooth! Special Thanks must also go to the reception staff Tanya, for booking me in today for an Emergency appointment, she listened and was very patient and tried her best to assist me. Excellent experience with this NHS dentist. Everyone very helpful. The dentist explains everything carefully and I feel very confident that he is treating my teeth well.

The receptionist was nice and friendly, calming me ahead of my treatment. The hygienist was very courteous and explained clearly what I needed to do. I left feeling quite positive in spite of the seriousness of my issue. Highly recommendend.

I was referred to Handside Dental Clinic by my regular dentist. I was able to get a prompt appointment, discuss and agree my treatment and start the following week. My implantoligist Assif Ahmed and his nurse Ramona are amazing. The process is longer than I thought but I am so happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Handside Clinic if you need any kind of specialist dental treatment.

I can't recommend Maya and Sarah more highly, I have recently finished having a couple of implants and every step of the way, I felt that I was in safe hands. They are both welcoming and professional at all times and you feel fully supported, Maya explains clearly what his happening and you feel very looked after, I can not rate Maya and Sarah, along with everyone else at this lovely friendly practice.

I had to go to this practice as an emergency, being a very nervous patient I can not tell you how nice they were the dentist informed me of what treatment should be done and the dental nurse was lovely and held my hand throughout the tooth extraction, they even gave me a coping strategy to use. Cannot recommend them enough all staff were lovely and friendly.

Cannot recommend this practice enough, from the receptionists that answer the phone to the dentist that work on your teeth, unbelievably helpful so kind all of you. Had a tooth extraction today from Ishira Shah felt I was in safe hands reassured throughout procedure. Top molor removed no issues and 4 hours later no pain since it was taken out. 5* thank you.

I had a hygienist treatment with Anita, and was very satisfied. She cleaned my teeth much more thoroughly than my previous hygienist at another dental practice in town. Last year, my son had many treatment with Nishma, their dentist. We are very happy with the treatment.

Joined as an NHS patient at the beginning of April. Receptionists all seem very welcoming. I spoke with Penny who was just lovely. My first appointment was with Aashish (dentist) he was very thorough, giving lots of different options for treatments and helpful information for home self help. Second appointment was with Miroslawa (Hygienist), again she was very thorough, she gave me lots of cleaning tips and product information. My teeth felt lovely afterwards. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and helpful. It all looks very clean and the reception is spacious and comfortable.

From moment I stepped in the door both the receptionists and clinical staff were both professional,empathic and friendly. Very important factors for a nervous patients. My fears were totally suppressed by the knowledge and explanation of what was occurring. Further to this was other procedures being fully explained and the benefit and cost of these and how I could book if I felt I needed them. The whole appointment was professional and explanatory and although executed with professionalism there was an element of humour which really put me at ease. Highly recommend

Nervous about treating I was having for the first time. Root Canal, it was uncomfortable but Samantha and Jenny helped me relax making the whole experience, slightly easier

Dr Sand was very proffesional (as far as I can be a judge of that) and he didn't just solve the problem I had with a crown but he also explained me what caused the issue. The surgey is located at the upper level of WGC Sainsbury's and I found that to be an advantage because of the included parking. The supporting staff at reception were kind and efficient. I certainly recommend.

Been going to this dental practice for years. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Devina has been my dentist for several years now and is fantastic. Always puts me at ease and explains everything that she finds during examination or x rays. Gives great advice and explanations on how to look after my teeth and gums and where extra cleaning is needed and it gets results. Very happy with the practice

My experience was fantastic! I went through a worse time! I am Hungarian and had to travel home, so I didn't have much money! However, my teeth were in a terrible state when my upper left 8th tooth split in two and started cutting my mouth from the inside! 1 They were very kind to me! 2 I didn't have to wait long, only 2 days because of the weekend! Then they saw me right away! 3 I didn't have enough money to pay to have 2 teeth removed at once! They even helped me! For the price of 1! The second tooth could have caused an infection in my mouth! So the LITTLE ANGEL Doctor took both out and saved me from my pain! Really good clinic!!!! Love love ;-)

Distinctly Dental helped me with a same-day emergency tooth extraction. I was very nervous as it was a lower wisdom tooth that was close to a nerve, but Dr Ezgi Cilingir and team put me at ease throughout. More time was spent on waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in than on the removal of the actual tooth. So happy that the team was able to help me within a matter of hours of my initial call. I finally plucked up the courage to have a front tooth implant and as a new patient at this practice I have been very impressed with the whole team. The dental surgeon was calm and clear. She showed compassion and listened to all the questions, making sure she answered them in lots of detail. She kept me informed as to what was happening and the aftercare was also very good.

The hygienist I saw yesterday was lovely, she has a lovely nature very warm and friendly she took time to talk to me and stood in front of me talking so I could see her. Very professional and gave me advice. She was very gentle during the process, stopped in between and informed me what she was doing the whole way along. A very lovely lady and although I wasn't anxious I could see how if someone was she would straight away out then at ease. I don't write reviews but wanted to on this occasion as she deserves to hear the feedback on what a great person she is.
