I attend a check up appointment. The dentist was running half an hour late which I wasn’t told about. When I eventually saw the dentist it was one that I hadn’t seen before. I asked about my previous dentist and was told that they had retired. I wasn’t told about this when I booked. My new dentist was very good though and explained things very clearly to me.
I had a childhood fear of the dentist because I had bad experience after bad experience. So I just didn’t go and it got worse and worse. But these guys have been so supportive and amazing. I have been multiple times and have now had my teeth fixed.
A well run dental surgery I'm happy to say. Appointments on time with friendly, efficient staff. My dentist, dental assistant, hygienist and receptionists make for a comfortable check up and treatment Sad to lose my dentist after a long partnership over the years. I wish her a very happy retirement and a big welcome to her replacement on my next visit!
Absolutely brilliant. Previous experiences with other dentists shook my confidence, to the point that I would feel faint at the thought of it. However the numerous visits to my dentist for wisdom tooth removal, root canal and extractions, have been so easy and comfortable i have lost the fear I once had. Superb. Honestly can't praise them enough.
