When my crown broke I was distraught as that tooth holds my denture!! Paul Cunningham was so understanding and did a fabulous job with scans and contact with the lab so that when the crown was replaced it was a perfect fit. I was so impressed with the technology and with Paul’s understanding and care. Thank you
Honestly, I am a very nervous patient and Dr. Masud and Tina made me feel super comfortable, I was amazed at how quick a tooth was removed with no pain or discomfort. A great team, so glad I was treated by them and the reception team are lovely too!
I want to express how happy I was with river dentals treatment, especially Alex and prabha. The professionalism was something I have never experienced. I have always been nervous and anxious when visiting the dentist but the girls made me feel at ease and relaxed and continually talked me through everything they was doing. It has given me the confidence to visit the dentist knowing I am under good hands.
There was a slight delay in my appointment due to an overrun but they were able to switch my hygienist appoint around to avoid me waiting around. Happy with the appointment and quality of service. Friendly staff.
