Amazing service & great people

I've just had two wisdom teeth taken out by Norah , and I've been completely scared and nervous but thanks to her the WHOLE procudere was AMAZING Didn't feel anything, I was surprised is done already ! I highly recommend this place !!!

As a very nervous and anxious patient, I went to have my top wisdom tooth extracted. Staff immediately put me at ease and were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Samantha was amazing and talked me through everything and gave me lots of reassurance. Procedure was quick and with extremely little pain. Thank you so much to all staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Superb service!

I was referred here by my dentist and booked in to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed under LA. Samantha and Sara were excellent in their professionalism. They explained the whole process to me and talked through which was very reasurring. They even had time to do both bottom wisdom teeth in the same appointment which was brilliant. There was even a TV on the ceiling which is great for nervous patients. They were also incredibly helpful to book me in for a follow up appointment to help with the early signs of dry socket which was a massive relief. I felt very well cared for and I'm incredibly grateful, especially with it being such an important procedure. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to have wisdom teeth removed.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff at the clinic and especially the consultant Catherine Sternberg. I was understandably very nervous in advance of a rear tooth extraction but the procedure was explained fully beforehand and wasn't painful at all. The facilities there are very clean and modern. I walked out from the operation feeling absolutely fine and 24 hours on having had a good rest, as advised, I am back to normal activities and the area where the tooth was is not painful. I am very pleased that my Hook dentist referred me here for the procedure. I think it pays to have an expert who is used to doing extractions regularly. Thank you for your wonderful care.

The best practice I have ever been to ! Every member of staff is absolutely lovely. Receptionist are always happy and helpful. Dr Ahmad, is wonderful. Always checks in to make sure youre doing well and listens to all questions, gives great tips and advice. Even having a tooth extracted never once felt uncomfortable for a second. Milena was the Dental Nurse for my appointment and was also amazing and attentive. The practice itself is lovely, spotless and very modern. Not a single negative and now I look forward to going to the dentist.

As a patient at this practice for nearly 30 years and I've always found the service and care to be second to none. I had quite a bad time with dentists as a youth but have always felt very safe with David Gates and the hygienists. Thankyou very much for keeping my teeth in good shape over the years.

This is a fantastic dentist practice. All my family is under the care of Adam Chapman and we couldn't be happier. He is very pleasant, highly competent and dedicated to maximum care with minimum intervention. Together with hygienists, dental nurses and receptionists they make a wonderful team. I have been a patient at Guinea Court Dental Surgery for many years, and today I met Kellie (hygienist) for the first time. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, very friendly lady as well as professional. I was exceptionally pleased with the treatment I received as it was painless but thorough. I will certainly return to Kellie on my next visit to a hygienist.

I really recommend Tom at Guinea Court Dental. When my daughter was very young she had an accident which bruised her two front teeth. Many dentists told us there was nothing that could be done other than veneers, but Tom used modern techniques to completely remove the bruising and make the teeth white again. The change to my daughters teeth is amazing and it’s wonderful to see her confidently smile without feeling self conscious thanks so much Tom.

Long and short - A fantastic dentist surgery with an even better team! I’ve used these guys for many years now and have never had a bad experience. A recent outstanding service has prompted this review. My front tooth snapped a few evenings back (which was a horrific experience!) The following day these guys managed to get me in for an emergency appointment within a few hours. I was expecting a temporary solution alongside a significant bill + multipul visits, however I was pleasantly surprised that not only had a (hopefully) permanent solution been applied in impressive time, but it was at (what I’d consider to be (given circumstance)) an extremely reasonable rate! From reception to works, it was smooth, efficient, effective, friendly and cost considerably less than expected. This is a very well deserved review, with special thanks to Richard (super dentist) and his trusty assistant! Keep up the fantastic work guys. I’d not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. 10/10

I always have a fantastic experience with hygienist Kelly. She is incredibly thorough, gentle and always makes me feel at ease. Her professionalism and kindness always makes my appointment truly enjoyable. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for top notch dental care. For how she deals with me 5 stars are not enough...... she deserves 10!!!

Went to Oakley Dental the other day for a check up. They are very well organised in keeping social distance rules and making sure we are safe. They are always professional and friendly and I always feel like I have had a thorough check up. I left feeling positive with a good incentive to continue looking after my teeth. Meddi is the best dentist I have ever had.

I have always found going to the dentist a necessity. That was until I visited this practice. All members of the team were polite, efficient, welcoming and consequently calming. I’ve been with Hook dental for 25 years and have lived in many places but always remained a client. I would not go anywhere else. They are professional patient honest and efficient. I am always happy with their input and I feel very well cared for. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Vijay is a lovely dentist, very kind and considerate. All the staff are very nice people. He has taken all the fear I used to have when visiting the dentist.

From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. I am very happy with the end result as I typically am after visiting.

I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

I am petrified of dentists but being with Tamara for a long time she makes me feel calm and tells me everything she is doing I was so glad to see her today as she has been unwell also Lucy is a lovely lady she was so caring and both of them are great together as a carer I have told my clients about Tamara and a couple of them have visited her and they say she is such a lovely lady and how she makes them feel at ease don't know what I would do without Tamara

I decided to use Hampshire Dental care as someone I worked with had used them prior. From the moment I spoke to this surgery, they were more than willing to help at whatever cost. When I was experiencing pain, I called and once again, they were happy to accommodate. Initially, I saw Amita as an emergency patient and she confirmed I needed to have a tooth extracted. Amita was very assuring, calm and collected, due to this I knew I was in safe hands. This process was efficient and the following week, I was booked in for an extraction with Bobby. Having attended the surgery for my operation, both Lucy - the dental nurse and Bobby were thorough and again reassuring. When coming to settle my bill, a payment plan was suggested which was hugely beneficial for me. Lucy is also a huge asset to the business, she is confident and knowledgable, good under pressure and very reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgery from start to finish, they were incredible. I would suggest this practice to anyone especially those who may struggle with anxiety.

Such a super efficient practice. The team are all so lovely and professional. My teeth are now in great condition and I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore as Tamara is super gentle with me. I actually look forward to going.

I spent some time researching and comparing prices for my invisible braces and I found winklebury dental practice the most competitive with regards to price and quality. The staff are extremely friendly and put you totally at ease. I have had some very bad experiences at previous dental practices, so was very wary of going, but have had my faith restored 😁 I am So pleased with the results that have been achieved that I have recommended to family and friends. A final shout out to Jackie the receptionist who is amazing 😁😁

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues🙄
