I saw the wonderful Mihaela for my hygiene appointment today I couldn’t recommend her enough, she has such attention to detail. She took care with my composite bonding showing me in the mirror parts that could be renewed/ replaced and even smoothed parts that were chipped. I felt in really safe hands with her she’s extremely professional and caring. All reception staff were very helpful too. I highly recommend if you are anxious about hygiene appointments she has a very gentle approach ☺️

After a really traumatic wisdom tooth extraction at another practice, I was really scared and worried about having to have two more taken out. Dr Dylan was incredibly reassuring and listened and responded to all my questions and fears. He also phoned me to go over my back and forth around it and the timing. He explained it all kindly and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Even still I was terrified and then, they were both out in about 15 minutes. I had an excellent and easy recovery and I am so grateful. The Practice itself is always very efficient and has great communication around appointments and everyone is always very helpful. It’s always an enjoyable experience even if the reason for being there was isn’t. My young son also sees Dr Dylan and it’s always a positive experience.

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room, it’s probably on the expensive side of dental practices, but those are just London prices, and frankly this practice is well worth it! I started going to this practice about 3-4 months ago after having neglected my teeth for the past couple of years and experiencing pain in a particular tooth. Dr Laurence was very reassuring and made a detailed plan for me with different options making sure to highlight what was urgent and what was secondary, and allowing me to call the shots based on different pricing plans. He’s been very detailed in explaining every step of the process, taking before/after photos and generally making sure I’m comfortable with all the work being done on my teeth which can feel overwhelming. As someone who used to be so anxious about dentist visits (not helped at all by two woeful dentist experiences in London in the past) I can honestly say this clinic and its practitioners have changed my life. I’ve now gone in for check ups, extensive hygiene (shoutout to Mihaela!), routine hygiene, fillings and even a full root canal procedure and the process has been so pleasant (in relative terms of course!) and virtually pain free. My confidence in my smile and the health of my teeth has gone up a lot which in turn has really helped me keep the momentum and staying consistent with my daily hygiene routine. All in all, if you’ve had trouble finding a trustworthy dentist in London I highly recommend this clinic!

I recently visited Cindy at White & Co for a damaged and painful tooth, and I cannot express how relieved and happy I am with my experience. As someone who has always been terrified of going to the dentist, I was incredibly anxious about my appointment. However, from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel at ease. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, which really helped calm my nerves. When I met Cindy, she was incredibly understanding and patient. She listened to my concerns and fears without any judgment and explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. During the procedure, Cindy was gentle and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. The dental assistant was also very supportive, offering reassurance and making sure I was okay throughout the visit. I left the clinic feeling not only relieved but also more confident about future dental visits. Cindy and the team at White & Co have truly changed my perspective on dental care. If you're someone who is scared of going to the dentist, I highly recommend giving them a try. I have been going to White & Co for years and they are great. The hygienists always do a great job and give good advice. Cindy is such a wonderful dentist! She explains everything so clearly and is such a lovely person - I wouldn't go to anyone else! The receptionist are always lovely too ... so all in all, always a really positive experience.

I booked a hygiene appointment with Sezen, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The booking process was super easy, with clear and reasonable fees listed online, which made everything hassle-free. I left feeling really impressed and am actually looking forward to coming back in a few months for my next clean. I can’t recommend Sezen enough!

Managed to get a same day hygienist check up appointment - fast, efficient and easy to use website with clear (reasonable) fees outlined. Was seen immediately upon arrival and Ronece did a fantastic job doing not only a deep clean but explaining the issues with my gums and showing me detailed steps on how to take care of them. No pushy upselling like you get at other places sometimes I didn’t feel intimidated or overwhelmed at any point. Clinic was really clean and I got the bonus of watching Planet Earth on the ceiling Tv to distract me from the deep clean. Very impressed, and unlike most places where you’re scared to visit a dentist again I’m actually quite motivated to be seen again in a few months time for a checkup

The clinic environment is very pleasant. Dr. Barbar is particularly my favourite as he has a lots of patience with his client like me. Although he is a bit expensive, but it’s worth it. The only thing I hate is when you make an appointment, they ask payment in advance by card. It’s a bit awkward particularly when you call from outside. Also it gives an impression that they don’t trust their patience. I paid £50 for booking an appointment. In final bill the receptionist forgot to deduct it. I had to remind her. If you don’t pay attention you lose it. This happened three times with me. That’s is the reason I only gave 4 start. When you come out from the dentist. It’s difficult to talk and argue with them. If the clinic only take care of it, would be a wonderful thing as I mentioned the Dentist Barbar is a gem.

Great dental practise. The staff and receptionists there are so courteous and kind. I have had my teeth removed a few times and every time i went there, thetr were no problems and the staff were so nice to me. I have been going to NHS Dentist in Fulham for over ten years. The reception team is always friendly, polite and welcoming. The surgery is constantly updated and has a modern feel. I was in earlier today to get a cosmetic crown removed by Dr Ammar Al-Hakeem. The service i received was second to none. I was seen before my appointment time and it was the quickest appointment i have ever had! I never leave reviews, but Dr Kim is honestly the best dentist I've seen! Made my work (fillings) feel seamless (despite my nerves) and explained everything as he was working (which helped with nerves/was just great to feel informed). He also checked in about pain and tiredness. Injections felt pretty painless too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent dental centre - very well trained, thorough, and attentive staff - from the dentists, to assistants, and admin / front of house. I really feel they Care, and I get great advice re brushing & how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I found myself in an emergency situation a few days before Christmas. Even though they were fully booked before the holidays, they found me an appointment the day after my emergency. They saved my Christmas holidays by doing a temporary intervention that really helped me. Very kind, helpful and efficient.

Went to this Dentist for my first time in 6 years visiting a dentist. Dr Tanay made me feel very comfortable. I had to have 2 fillings as a nervous patient I was a bit scared but was pain free, nothing to be scared of. All staff are polite and lovely. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.

From the moment I walked in, Ann, the receptionist, was warm and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Tanya is a skilled and compassionate dentist who took the time to explain everything and ensure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I have completed my treatment with Dr Tania last week and I could not praise her enough! Dr Tania corrected my bite, made a bridge for my front tooth and bonding for both my upper and lower teeth and the end result has made a world of difference. Not only has the look of my teeth improved a great deal but all my face looks significantly better and younger. My jaws work perfectly now and I have a beautiful smile. Dr Tania is a true perfectionist and cares about every little detail. She carefully planned each treatment with me and walked me though it. She listened to me and I always tries accommodate my wishes and answer all my questions. She is not only a great dentist but also a great company. She is very respectful, warm and accommodating person. I felt relaxed and well informed thorough the whole process and I will gladly recommend Dr Tania to all my friends and family members. I went to a variety of dental clinics upon deciding I wanted to go ahead with Insvialign. Dr. Abdul Ahmed was the only dentist who took the time to a) explain the end to procedure and considerations b) outline the likely results based on my teeth (and advising a traditional brace would gain a better result). Upon confirming I’d proceed (with Invisalign), he supported the decision and was prompt in booking the various appointments, always mindful of doing so around my working day. He was reliable with scheduled appointments, polite and highly aware of any discomfort I may be in during each appointment. He continuously provided feedback and his professional opinion on the treatment to ensure the best results were achieved. It was a very professional service, and I’m delighted with the result. I hear of other practices that just take people off their lists if they don't turn up. I have been a patient for about 20 years starting when the practice had a different name. They have always been most helpful fitting in with my travel needs and thanks to their professional help I still have most of my teeth at age 81.5!

Thank you so much to my lovely dentist laurance and dental nurse Teresa. My front crown came out however, the amazing receptionist managed too squeeze me in last minute to have this reinserted. Without this appiontment this would had resulted in myself having to cancel my shift at work as it's an embarrassing situation to be in which really impacts on my confidence. I was first seen by Dr. Victoria and Dental Nurse Kim—what a dream team. Thank you both for making me feel so comfortable during my treatment! I came in a nervous wreck, but from start to finish, you made everything calm and stress-free. Fantastic experience! I then had my procedure with Dr. Hanna and Dental Nurse Kim & Khadeeja they literally saved my smile! Dr. Hanna’s hands are a pure blessing. She takes her time, frequently checks in during the procedure, and is incredibly kind and reassuring. A few days later, I had a hygiene clean with Dr. Andrea, and I was completely blown away. He’s so meticulous and explains every step clearly, making the entire experience seamless. Honestly, I’ve always dreaded the dentist, but this place has completely changed that. It's surprising to see so many negative reviews, but I can understand why. This dental surgery can be hit or miss, largely depending on the staff member you interact with, which is a real shame. I've had a few uncomfortable encounters with certain staff members. That being said, the surgery overall is fantastic, with excellent appointment availability, an easy-to-use online booking system, and a welcoming reception team. Sometimes, you have to accept the occasional downside. I’d still rate it 4/5 and recommend it.
