York Road dental practice has given me the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have recently completed Invisalign with Mital Patel, Mital has been incredibly dedicated, communicative and patient with the whole experience. Giving me confidence in my smile that I didn’t think possible. The whole team at York Road are amazing and I will continue to recommend this dental practice to anyone who will listen.

My family of four have been going to Old York Road Dental Practice for ten years now and if I could give it a rating of 20 out of 10 I would! Mital and his medical and admin team are so welcoming and friendly as well as being super professional, offering outstanding dental care. They are brilliant with my children who bounce in for their appointments, I even sometimes have a doze when having my hygiene appointment it is so relaxing! I am so grateful to them as would never imagine that a dental experience could be something to look forward to but at York Road Dental it really is the case.

Mital and the team are welcoming and very friendly. Mital will put you at ease if you require any treatments and was responsive when I had questions after the procedure. I no longer dread going to see the dentist! Even though I no longer live in Wandsworth I still travel to this dental practice because I fear if I go anywhere else they may not be as good York Road Dental Practice - 5/5 highly recommended

Since coming to Dr Amir, I have experienced significant improvement in the migraines from which I regularly suffer. I also had dental crowding, which he resolved without the extraction of four healthy teeth (as had previously been put to me as the only solution by another orthodontist). Dr Amir resolves problems such as malocclusion and jaw imbalance through a gradual and non-invasive process, creating balance, and in doing so, restoring health. He works incredibly hard to do his best for every patient, often working overtime, and consistently supervising their progress throughout the duration of his treatment. I highly recommend him as a kind and dedicated practitioner.

While searching on the internet for a more lasting solution to my severe hip pain, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Amir, who is one of a kind! I was so thrilled to read on his website that he not only treats back pain, but has had success with helping patients heal from a multitude of serious chronic health issues— which I have also suffered from for the past 14 years. I read on his site that wisdom teeth extractions and unnecessary orthodontic interventions can be a root cause of many chronic illnesses, and I realized I fit that description completely. It suddenly clicked that the downward spiral of my health corresponded with having all four of my wisdom teeth out at age 17!!! When I saw Dr. Amir he confirmed my suspicions that the unnecessary orthodontics and extractions I had were causing a lot of my problems (chronic fatigue, digestive issues, inability to gain weight, inability to exercise, neck pain, hip pain etc). He also said I couldn’t breathe adequately because my jaw was now so misaligned, and breathing is of course critical to health! Ever since I embarked on the treatment in January, I can say that I have felt definite and exciting improvements. Very soon after Dr. Amir gave me my first brace, the hip pain I had been suffering from vastly improved and is now almost gone. I had been continuously seeing a chiropractor for almost three years prior to this, who had only been able to offer me two-week periods of relief after every treatment! Over the past several months, more and more color has come back into my face, for the first time in 14 years. I have less trouble falling and staying asleep, and I get less fatigued while working. I don’t have to eat quite as much to stay full or maintain a decent weight- and I believe this is because my digestion is gradually improving. I am a singer and the improvement in my stamina and breath control since the treatment started has been significant and wholeheartedly appreciated. I still have some way to go in regaining my energy and being able to exercise and live a full life, but I know there is still more work to be done on my jaw. I feel confident that I will continue to feel gains with Dr Amir’s treatment, which is proving to be so crucial for me. Dr. Amir is a rare doctor and a rare human being, as many of his other reviews will also confirm. He is dedicated to real healing and understands there is something fundamentally wrong with the way most chronic illness is “diagnosed” and handled. His revolutionary treatment deserves to be much more widely known and implemented.

I suffered with lower back pain since I was 12 years old. My friend put me in contact with an excellent osteopath. He did some wonderful work on my back and after some sessions he said my back was fine, however I was still suffering with lower back pain. He told me that sometimes poor or unnecessary dental work could cause lower back pain. He recommended I go and see Dr. Amir. My first appointment (April 2009) with Dr. Amir was the beginning of a journey to a much healthier and happier me! I found his approach refreshing, it was very holistic and this really resonated with me. Firstly, he asked me to stand in front of him and breathe, I wasn't breathing properly, Dr. Amir's first accurate diagnosis of me. He then asked me to put my teeth together and push against his arm, I did and I was shocked at how weak I was. He then put some marker on one of my central incisors and he asked me to line up the marker with the gap in my lower middle front teeth. When I did this and then pushed against his arm, I had at least 3 times the amount of strength then the previous time. Dr. Amir explained to me that my teeth and therefore my jaw was totally misaligned and this was affecting my lower back. When Dr. Amir looked inside my mouth, he was shocked, he couldn't understand why I had so many back teeth missing. I explained that when I was 11 or 12, I had at least 4 back teeth removed, I then remembered it was soon after that, I began to suffer with lower back pain. Dr. Amir explained to me that as I had some of my back teeth removed that my jaw didn't develop properly. Straight away he set about to rectify this with a course of train tracks for 1 year and a retainer for 2 years to bring my teeth and thus my jaw in to it's correct position. Within 2 weeks my lower back pain was reduced significantly. He also checked my Atlas, which he repositioned. Dr. Amir stated very clearly that the braces and the work he was doing on my mouth would only be effective if I did all the recommended exercises. If I did not do my exercises at each appointment he knew very well that I wasn't doing the exercises. He would explain to me in his kindly, non-judgemental way, the relevance of my exercises to the whole healing process. At one stage I was told by a dentist in Ireland that I would need at least 3 root canal treatments. However, Dr. Amir replaced all my amalgam fillings without the need for any root canal treatments. Dr. Amir introduced me to Himalayan salt way before it became popular. He also informed me of the amazing benefits and uses of the different variations of salt. After my first meeting with Amir I changed my whole oral hygiene regime and I reaped the benefits. I always had extremely sensitive teeth and by following Dr. Amir's invaluable advice and with his fabulous dental work, I no longer suffer with that extreme sensitivity. I have introduced some of my friends in Ireland to Dr. Amir and he has sorted out their many problems and even though they live in Ireland, they will only see Dr. Amir. Dr. Amir has continued to be my dentist, calling him a holistic dentist is an understatement, he has been way more than a dentist to me. I can't even imagine the bad state my health would be in, if I hadn't been lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Amir!

I strongly recommend Dr. Amir. He is so wonderful and thoughtful, and his unique treatments can save people who suffer obscure pains and illness for a while. Thanks to his professional treatment, my jaw arthritis suffered over 20 years are cured in 1 month after started seeing him, while other doctors and dentists couldn’t help me and I could open my mouth only an inch with pain for a really long time. Also my terrible teeth alignment has been fixed and set in beautiful lines since taking his treatment for 4 months without any painful treatments. After started taking his treatments, I could breathe more deeply, sleep better, and live my life without mysterious pains thanks to Dr. Amir. Dr. Amir treats our permanent teeth very carefully in treatments. And he always sees and listens to patients very well to find out what causes their health issues. If you have been suffering obscure pains and illness now, I recommend you to see him and his take his treatment.

Managed to get a same day hygienist check up appointment - fast, efficient and easy to use website with clear (reasonable) fees outlined. Was seen immediately upon arrival and Ronece did a fantastic job doing not only a deep clean but explaining the issues with my gums and showing me detailed steps on how to take care of them. No pushy upselling like you get at other places sometimes I didn’t feel intimidated or overwhelmed at any point. Clinic was really clean and I got the bonus of watching Planet Earth on the ceiling Tv to distract me from the deep clean. Very impressed, and unlike most places where you’re scared to visit a dentist again I’m actually quite motivated to be seen again in a few months time for a checkup

One of the best dentists there is. Fantastic and polite reception, full and comprehensive examination. They offered finance if the price of treatment is steep. Pretty much anything, highly recommend. Progressive Dentistry is the best dentist I have been to. Having had many bad experiences in the past, it's been refreshing to find such a comprehensive dentist. I have had lingual braces done with them, and this treatment is complex and not offered by many dentists. At Progressive Dentistry, they had no issues with providing this at a highly reasonable price. Dr Patel and his team are very friendly, professional, and fast, and I will continue to travel across London to see them! Highly recommend especially if you are interested in lingual braces.

I got my braces with dental emporium a few years ago - Francois was amazing and really attentive. I have since moved away to Somerset but needed a replacement retainer. Loretta sorted requesting a replacement for me with the lab and allowed me some flexibility with payment options - it was sent out in the post special delivery which I received yesterday. I had an implant and a crown done by Dr Francois and his team. The process went smoothly and without complications. I felt I was in good hands with a very knowledgeable and experienced team. Everyone in the practice has been very kind and professional, there is excellent communication throughout the process and the follow up care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Smiles. They are especially good with my young daughter. They recently had a child friendly morning that was catered specifically for children. There was a children's entertainer and the staff dressed up as super heroes and tooth fairies. Myself, husband are very happy with this dentist, hygienist and reception staff.

I have been a patient for several years now and, even though I have moved out of the area and have many other practices at my disposal, I choose to return to Century Dental because my experiences have always been very positive. I went to this dentist very anxious and embarrassed about my teeth but he made me feel at ease and never judged me and only wanted to help. I’ve been too some not very nice dentists before so this was very reassuring! Lovely man that makes you feel comfortable and I’m no longer anxious about going to the dentist. Would highly recommend!

During my first appointment I was a little bit concerned, the clinic is not in very good state, it's small and dark... but as soon as I was seen by the Doctor, my perception changed. The whole team is very professional and makes you feel relaxed during the appointment. They explain you clearly what is the process and educate about your dentistry problems. I have had plenty of dentists and none has been so gentle when administering analgesia and during the procedures.

Dentist Moira is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy in her profession. She has so much patience. Moira advised me in all details about my clenching problem and has found and discussed with me options to help me throughout. She has also fixed some old seals in my teeth that needed to be replaced and did a great job with it. I couldn’t recommend her and the practice more. Everyone is very accommodating and kind. I also brought my son of 7 year old to see her and she has been so friendly with him he loved the experience.

Claire on reception makes you feel very welcome and comfortable from the get-go and is always helpful and accommodating with arranging and changing appointments. My dentist, Meera, has done an amazing job removing an existing filling in an awkward location and replacing with a hybrid gold crown-onlay. Great first experience at this dental practice. Maria attended to me for my first hygienist appointment at this practice. It was very much a consultation as well as a thorough hygienist treatment. Maria was very knowledgeable and meticulous in her work. At no time did I feel any pain. The machinery seemed state of the art as well. This is my first time at Parsons Green Dental Practice. Good experience. Dentist Kathryn Russell provided with her knowledge outstanding descriptive treatment needed, which was extremely helpful. I went in for a root canal treatment and further treatment later. I would honestly recommend to my friends and everybody. There is a sense of professionalism, trust and human touch that is what you need when you visit your dentist. A big thank you to all staff for their helpful and courteous approach.

Since we registered with Putney Hill Dental five years ago, we have been delighted with the support provided by their reliable treatment and advice delivered by a very friendly and professional team, and also the ease of making reservations with them. The clinic is always clean and comfortable, and, even though it may seem a little strange, we’ve always looked forward to going there. Of course, the fees are higher than those on the NHS, but we’ve always felt that they are reasonable given their location in Putney, their excellent service which always offers the latest treatment, and their overall efficiency over the time we have been using their services. I used Putney Hill Dental Practice for many years when I lived in St John’s Avenue, in particular Dr Collie Moran. The service was always excellent and I appreciated Collie’s competence and professionalism. For the last 7 or 8 years I have lived in Switzerland and given I frequently visit London to see family, I have continued to use the practice. The costs are reasonable (certainly compared to Switzerland) and the care continues to be excellent. Also a word of praise for the reception team who are effecient and do their best to fit in with my often time constrained requirements. No hesitation in recommending the practice .
