The dentist i saw this morning was lovely and very clear with her explanations in regards to treatment options. She was very patient and although I'm booked in to see a hygienist, I think I would be very comfortable having her clean my teeth. The only negative is the price of the Wand Injection Technique, which pumps up the price of treatment, which I was surprised by.

I had a great experience at the dentist. Dr. Shah was very informative and put me at ease with my treatment plan. Mihaela made me feel relaxed and at ease during my hygiene visit. Highly recommend!

After only two visits to Brightside Dental - an overall assessment and appraisal with Ketan followed by a Hygienist appointment with Negar - I have full confidence in their services. Highly engaged, efficient and effective from the initial telephone conversation to booking my next appointments with the very friendly receptionist (Simona). I think I may at last have found a dentist to trust for the long term.

My visits to Brightside Dental are always a positive experience. The staff are kind, professional, informative, reassuring, have patience, and time to listen. I don't feel the fear I used to feel in the past, before I found this dental clinic. IMy fear has greatly reduced. Highly recommend it to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist.

Really professional and caring. All of the staff from reception to dentist are friendly. The environment is clean and even has a charging station in the waiting area. The dental room is calming and when doing anaesthetic a countdown is done before and during to help ease anxiety. Details are checked more than once and I was asked if I wanted the procedure even though I was referred my opinion was taken into consideration. I will definitely use this clinic in future.
