I had a positive experience of having fillings and crown treatment by Dr Si Xing Li at Kai Dental today. Dr Si explained the procedures clearly and checked that I’ve understood each step before he proceeded. I felt comfortable and assured by Dr Si and Sydney throughout my long-ish treatment. She took the time and explained the procedure clearly and did not pressure me at all. I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly, polite and willing to help. Dr Jeet Parekh and his team are exceptional. I have used them frequently: everything from braces for my two teenage children to dental implants. All exemplary. And I cannot recommend highly enough Dr Si Zing Li and his assistant Sidney who have just made having a crown put on a broken tooth the nearest thing you are likely to get to a pleasant dentistry experience. I was truly impressed by their meticulous attention to detail and to keeping their patient up to date and reassured about what was going on. A five star practice without a doubt.
