Can’t praise or thank the whole Topspec team enough. From start to finish they worked with us to help create the home we always wanted. They explained the whole process to us and communicated really well throughout the build. The team helped come up with new ideas that we hadn’t considered and we love what we have now got. Topspec recently undertook extensive refurbishment of my mother’s home including demolition of original kitchen and porch and internal walls, construction of a new extension to the kitchen, creation of a new downstairs bathroom, and fitting out of new kitchen including plastering throughout, new floors and heating system. Construction was progressed in a very professional and timely manner to a very height standard, we are very satisfied with the finished works creating a fantastic new living space. I would thoroughly recommend Topspec, great guys and great job!

After knowing Simon personally for a number of years, there was no doubt that Topspec were the only company that we would trust to update our kitchen and utility room, and they didn’t disappoint. Rob led the project, and alongside Tyler and Josh, they fit our brand new kitchen, utility room and internal doors to the highest possible standard. They were professional and patient from start to finish, no tweak was too much effort for them. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service. We’ve had to units designed and created by Jake and we couldn’t fault them. The whole process is streamlined and his craftsmanship is impeccable. I’d say the photos speak for themselves!

Jake fitted some panelling in our lounge and a picture rail in our bedroom. He drew some mock ups for us beforehand and gave us some options to choose from. The work he did was absolutely spot on we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Added a really smart look to both the lounge & bedroom. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Alex fitted our internal doors which have totally transformed the inside of our house. He was great from start to finish in terms of talking through options and giving suggestions. He has a great eye for detail so made sure everything was perfect, even details nobody would really notice. I will definitely be using direct property services again

We just had a media wall put in our living room and we absolutely love it. Alex was professional throughout the whole process, giving us updates and advise along the way. The attention to detail was outstanding, leaving us with the perfect addition to our home. Alex went out of his way to make sure our goals were met, and beyond! Communicating was easy and reliable, leaving us feeling confident to message for anything. Alex then returned once we had finished the painting for some finishing touches and helped with some doors around the house that we have had trouble with. Alex did a lot of bespoke work in my kitchen - fitting units and a mantel, building bespoke cupboards and making doors to match some elsewhere. He even helped me to match up handles from elsewhere too. He’s a super guy, super friendly and professional and happy to go above and beyond for customers. Couldn’t recommend more.
