We had a great experience working with Ben, Laura and the Beco team when they did a ground floor extension and added upstairs dormers to our property. They were a pleasure to have around which was important considering we were living at the house whilst the work was happening. We really felt we could trust them and we were very happy with the work. So much so that we approached Ben again to put in a double garage for us most recently. Once again we are really happy with the finish and Ben and Laura were open and easy to communicate with throughout.

We had a small but complex project. We are also exacting clients but were delighted with the professionalism, project management and quality of the work by Beco Carpentry. Ben and his team were a pleasure to work with, who were polite, friendly and diligent. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

We used Beco Carpentry for a three story side extension, starting in May 2023 and completing the week before Christmas. Ben and his team are hugely knowledgeable and very skilled - they are true carpenters and hugely competent. Our project was quite big and long but the team were fun to have around and very respectful of our home. Ben was on hand to answer our questions with patience and when we encountered inevitable hiccups, we would work together to find a solution. Ben has struck gold with Adam and Jake who were on site every day - they are a credit to Ben’s business. Communication was good and Ben’s wife Laura sent regular payment schedule updates which kept us on track. I have already recommended Beco to several others and would not hesitate to use them again. We’re delighted with the house and made 100% the right choice in appointing Beco. Thank you to everyone!

I cannot recommend Dan highly enough! He has just finished a fantastic home garden office and composite decking to an extremely high standard. His ideas and advice on materials, budget, layout, and finish throughout the project were excellent and I am so pleased with my new office, thank you so much Dan!

Me and my wife recently had JK Joinery fit our Kitchen alongside some other works such as Fitted Wardrobes and a built in Media wall. Chris and the team recently replaced a Velux window and I could not be happier with the service. Chris completed the work quickly, efficiently and to a superb standard. He put us at ease straight away and I would not hesitate to use Little Mill again.

We cannot sing Little Mill's praises enough after they came to the rescue when another builder let us down. Felicity replied immediately (despite it being the Xmas break) and juggled their diary around to fit us in quickly. Chris installed 2 new Velux, replaced an existing one and built a stud wall in our loft. We cannot fault the work but what really set him apart from the many other tradesmen we dealt with was his attention to detail and great communication throughout - each day he'd let us know what he'd be up to and consulted with us about decisions big and small which was very much appreciated. A genuinely nice guy, plus he was super tidy and always considerate of our toddlers nap time! Would highly recommend.

Chris recently came to install two replacement velux windows in our bathroom. He is a real rare gem. He covered all of the flooring spaces where he would be walking/working and despite having to remove roof tiles and the old windows, he left everything spotless. I was worried that as it involved the roof, I was going to be told the usual of ‘really sorry but I found this was rotten and needs replacing so it will cost….’ but this wasn’t the case, in fact, he was very quick to point out the roof was in fair condition. I was working in the room next door and he was really respectful of this checking it was ok to make a noise, and did such an impressive job. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Fantastic service. Had a leak from around a Velux window that was fitting around 7 years ago. Had more then 4 other companies come to looks before we found Little Mill and no one could fix or give a real diagnosis of the issue. Within 10 mins of Chris coming round he knew exactly what the issue was. All sorted quickly in one day. The week after a real onslaught of rain to put the job to the test. No leaks at all.
