Best alignment I’ve ever had done. Very knowledgeable and perfectionist. Tracked my Mercedes B class to have perfectly straight steering (after I installed new suspension) I have never had such a good quality experience and service from an tracking shop before! I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.

I couldn't recommend this garage enough, the service and quality of work here are fantastic. I had an issue with my car which turned out to be a much bigger and more complex problem but he couldn't have done more for me. He went out of his way to fit me in and carry out the work at a busy time of year and my car is running better than ever now, truly just good honest work you know you can rely on. Thank you!

I went today to get my wheel alignment sorted on my lowered Focus ST, it was an absolutely brilliant experience, he took his time doing the alignment and Road tested the car before and after. The alignment was spot sorted my issues right out. Really recommend this garage for any lowered cars as most places refuse or can’t do it. Price was reasonable too! 100% recommend and I will certainly be a returning customer

After being in the trade for 25 years (work in different sector now ) I can honestly say this Garage is a hidden gem ! I had my BMW 4 wheel alignment done and camber and castor….The car drives fantastic now the steering wheel was slightly off before taking it in I didn’t mention it to the Mechanic He picked this up when doing the work on the car which gives me confidence……The Garage is pristine and he obviously takes pride in his work……..I would 100% recommend

Excellent job from Neil and his team incredibly friendly and very helpful. Took my car in at 8:30am and had it back by 11am.Not only did they replace my catalytic converter in that time they further fixed other issues as-well as cleaning my car before returning it. Couldn’t recommend a better garage really appreciate the work these guys did in such a small amount of time.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Neil & the team at Bentley. Neil was an absolute joy to deal with, he booked my car in at relatively short notice to replace some knackered wheel studs, and had the work done within no time at all. Friendly and easy to talk to, well-priced and just professional across the board - I've not got a single negative thing to say. Such a refreshing change to get some honest to goodness service. Yes I'm old enough to remember what that entails. With a week left to run on my MOT I was full panic when I rang Neil, but he sorted me out, bless him. He really is an honest mechanic. He'll let you know what needs doing now or if it can wait. Friendly, approachable and reasonable. For those of us without any real idea about cars he is an absolute treasure, he doesn't hard sell or push unnecessary work. This is my third visit and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Outstanding from first point of contact right through to collection.

Absolutely brilliant service. Rung on Saturday to see if they could get me a new exhaust as mine fell off and was far gone. They ordered the part Saturday and fitted it on monday and it was all done before christmas eve! Good prices, friendly staff and quality service. Definitely be returning!

A big thanks to Nick. My engine started smoking badly about 3 to 4 miles from home. Luckily I was able to pull into a parking space. The engine was dead. Not knowing what to do I gave N.G. Auto's a call. Nick came straight out and in no time identified the problem and got the engine running so I could drive back home. He followed me home as well just to make sure I arrived safely. Nick came back the next day to replace the offending part. What started out as a scary experience ended well thanks to Nicks knowledge and friendly, polite manner.

I couldnt thank Nick enough for fixing my partners car today. I rang him early afternoon and he came and fixed it a few hours after. Absolutely spot on with times. Fitted a brand new alternator and the car runs perfectly again. He is a lovely man, very chatty, very friendly and does it all at a decent price aswell. Did a manufacturer schedule service at a highly competitive price maintaining the vehicle's warranty. Provided a detailed inspection / vehicle health sheet confirming what had been done. I have a lease car which needs servicing in line with the manufacturers specifications. Don't get ripped off by a main dealer or garage chain. I'll use these guys again !

We are over the moon with the repair that was completed on our car, which was a no-fault claim . Some kind person " keyed " the whole passenger side of our car.!!!! The process from start to finish was the best ever!. Dave collected our car and delivered it back which looks like it's just come out of a showroom. We got regular updates by text and telephone. Easy to book a car in for a same-day MOT. Unfortunately, they are touting services that they no longer provide, such as MOT for £40 and free cleaning after MOT pass, yet they charged me £45 with no car cleaning.
