Called Grimshaw’s with a noise issue another garage said would require the engine to be taken apart to find. Within ten minutes of being there the issue was fixed and no charge! What a guy! Took my Wife's 2016 Mini here after a poor experience at a BMW Garage in Pudsey. Martin diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and because the car was un-safe to drive provided a courtesy car and was able to repair the car by late afternoon. Excellent service and very reasonable price. Will be taking our cars for service here in the future. Thanks Gents.

Brilliant Service. I tried CD Grimwood as it's more local than the garage I usually take my car to for its MOT and I wasn't disappointed. I opted to wait for the MOT test but the car failed on a few items, which the garage said they could fix the same day so they offered me a lift home. I told them I picked my kids up from school at half two and they said they'd see what they could do to get my car done by then. Five minutes after twelve i received a message to say my car was ready. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are all very friendly and helpful and clearly care very much about customer service which is something very rare in this day and age.

Took my car here today for an m.o.t for the first time after reading Google reviews. What a lovely genuine and honest guy (didn't get his name!). Car passed its mot and I will definitely be going back.
