Excellent communication about repairs. Excellent work and done. Always contacted prior to undertaking work that requires more time than I may have expect. Work explained clearly. Invoices list all parts and labour and guaranteed.

I cannot speak too highly of this garage run by Tim Spencer with his staff Darren and Scott, not forgetting the super-informed and efficient Julie in the office and reception. They are a fantastic team - I have been a satisfied customer for about 40 years and they have all always gone out of their way to be helpful and solve all my car problems, often going beyond normal expectations. There hasn’t been a single occasion when I was less than happy with the service or prices! I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who values good service.
