Absolutely fantastic service from Muhammad!! What can I say… after a very traumatic day visiting my husband who has just had surgery for cancer, I was on the ring road driving home on the ring road and my car hit a massive pot hole bursting the tyre. My car doesn’t have a spare tyre due to run flat tyres so I was in a state with my husband in hospital and not able to drive my car home. A lovely young man chaperoned me to a AS Tyres minutes away and spoke to Muhammad whom was so kind and at 5pm put me a new tyre on my car and was so reasonable with the cost. He even offered me a cup of tea and even spoke to my husband on the phone to let him know all was ok! Muhammad you were my super hero today and also the young man that helped me get to the garage. Highly recommended!!

Do not be put off by how this place looks from the outside or inside. It's a small garage run by the nicest guy in the world. I had a tyre fitted 6 months ago as it was close to work and was convenient for me and wasn't expecting anything exceptional. JUST HOW WRONG COULD I OF BEEN. I drive an 08 plate car and I've been told numerous times by other tyre places that I need my alloys replacing because the tyres always lose pressure. Then BOOM I came here. Seriously what a professional. After taking my old tyre off, he cleaned my alloy with an angle grinder with a wire wheel disk so removing surface rust. Fits the new tyre and I've never lost any pressure since. Turns out that the other tyre places are just shit at there jobs. Infact I'd go as saying that until he changed my tyre. I've never had a tyre fitted correctly before. I had another tyre fitted today and again so professionally done. He is totally my tyre guy FOREVER.

Great mechanic/tyre fitter, doesn't take short cuts like many others, takes his time to do things the right way. Will definitely be going back for any more work.

My Seat Leon broke down while I was on holiday in Cornwall due to engine issues, it was towed to a local garage. This was a large RAC-approved garage with multiple "Master Technicians", it took them three weeks just to tell me they couldn't find the cause and repair, they charged me £200 for looking at it, I thought that was it for the car. I had my car towed back to Huddersfield. Based on a family recommendation decided to get in touch with AS Tyres and they agreed to take a look. They performed a diagnostic of the engine within a couple days and after checking each component of the engine kept me updated throughout the process. They were able to find the cause, repair the engine then carry out a service giving me piece of mind and getting my car back on the road within a week. Couldn’t be happier! After being lied to by two multinational tyre companies (one starting with a K and one with an H) the puncture on my Bentley was plugged in about 30 minutes, its perfect! A very polite and knowledgable man and a pleasure to do business with!
