I have been going to Ray and now Richard for 25 years. They are amazing. Recently Richard solved a problem on my 4X4 and also serviced/MOT on our smaller run around car. They will always try to fit you in even when busy, check everything with you before they do and charge honest prices. I even got a video of the problem on the 4x4 so I could understand it. Very professional friendly and helpful. A puncture is never on a good time but when you need to get to a hospital appointment you don’t have a lot of time to faff around looking for a new tyre. We were seen very quickly all of the team members were very polite and helpful. The young lady who had taken my call was very helpful and she ensured that we were dealt with quickly and promptly. Absolutely top class service. We've have used Park Garage 3 or 4 times now and every time the lads Ian and Steve have been brilliant. The first time we went was after an outrageous and unnecessary quote from another garage and Park sorted us out far cheaper and within the same day, the next visit was after our exhaust fell off and Park fitted us in quick and again sorted it out. On my last visit today for an MOT and got the car back the same day and a very reasonable cost, the lads even stayed open after 5 to ensure I could get my car. I can't recommend Park Garage highly enough. If you live in the Bingley area I would definitely give them a try. I will certainly be continuing to take all my car's here. Cheers lads

Full disclosure, I didn't go myself. My partner did, with our car and she's been a couple of times now. However, she's talked to me a lot about this, and this is a really great local garage. You absolutely won't be ripped off here, and you'll not only be well looked after, you'll also come away with exactly the repairs that your vehicle needs. Will definitely use again.

Steve and Ian at Park Garage are my mother-in-law's long term local garage. She swears by them. We live over in Harrogate & we had an emergency situation requiring some immediate work to pass an MOT. Steven was knowledgeable, professional & helpful and pulled out all the stops to fit us in at very short notice and did a brilliant job. The price was spot on. By far the best garage going! I travel from Leeds just to go here! I was once charged over £800 for repairs following an MOT which I couldn’t afford. I brought it to Thackely and they charged me half the price and gave me much better service! This is the only garage I’ve ever been too where I feel like they are being honest and fair with me and not trying to rip me off at every corner! Just taken my car in for another MOT and for the amount of work that needed doing I got a very fair price! The staff are very friendly and will keep you updated! This is the only place I would ever recommend to anyone and I will be coming here for all future repairs.

Good and honest people for one's had some work done on my car AKA a problem child as i like to call it jack was very helpful special for the work that was done price are very reasonable and not hight if you going todo a job right do it the first time unlike another garage who said they did the work correctly but didn't. I would recommend giving these guys a call if you're tired of getting ripped off by others.

Absolutely flawless service from start to finish, I can’t recommend them highly enough. They sorted my punctured tyre and fitted a replacement quickly whilst giving sound advice. None of us could believe the cause of the puncture though…somebody’s reading glasses!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for my Devanti snow tyres (fitted by you a month or so back). I've been all over - in slush, frozen snow, fresh snow, ice and not slipped at all. Game changer ! I really hate snow cos it spoils my outdoor fun, but at least now I'm able to get around !

Excellent service, I had a blow out on a tyre, luckily near to Castle tyres. I managed to get the car safely to them, prompt service. I had my 1 year old grandson with me, no pushchair to get home as tyre had to be ordered. The company kindly drive me home to avoid me getting a taxi, service above and beyond.

The short version of this review is STOP LOOKING AND BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Long Version: I first approached Bingley Car Body Shop to get a quote in August 2019. I arranged a Saturday meeting with Peter and we chatted for over half an hour about the work needed to my car and about all his cars and projects he has carried out. It was instantly clear to me and my wife that Peter was a Proper Ford Nut and a man who loved attention to detail. I was happy with the quote and I said I'd be in contact with him. Then, the World fell apart in 2020 and I had to delay getting my car done until 2021. However, I foolishly went to another Body shop for the sole reason it was nearer to me. Big mistake. Got let down hard by this other body shop and had to ring Peter and ask him to pick up my car and see what he could do with it. Peter was very helpful and understanding on the phone and picked up my car 2 days later. We met up again and we once more discussed a plan for my car. He gave me a quote and a time frame which we agreed on. 6 weeks later, my car was delivered to me by Peter in the best condition it has been in since it left the Ford Factory nearly 20 years ago. Numerous people have come up to me at shows and out and about and complimented me on it. The job Peter and his crew has done is incredible. I am over the moon with the result and the whole service I received at Bingley Car Body Shop and I can not recommend them enough!!!

Highly recommend. Took my Ford Kuga to have some scratches and scrapes removed. Initially went down for a quote, but was told I could book the car in there and then and collect same day if happy to proceed. No fuss and very quick service.

Was thinking a long time if it was worth putting money into my good old jeep or if it was time to move on to another car. Especially the roof and the front of the car was in need of attention. My jeep garage pointed me towards these magicians at bingley body shop so went over to have a chat with them. Came back a couple of times as wanted to know all the different options and these guys were nice, patient, knowledgeable and really try to think with me what would be the best approach. I knew the engine was good so with their confidence made the decision to go ahead. After 2,5 weeks I got it back and I was absolutely amazed by how good they made it look. It was that lion/caretaker moment after seeing it back in its full glory. I am filled with excitement and so proud of the car, thanks guys for making that happen

These guys go beyond ordinary standards of customer service. They're super busy but always polite and take time to explain what they've done and what needs doing.
