For the last few years this amazing team have been looking after our families car. They have always been amazing. From fitting a new fuel tank to our ix20, now sold, to recently fixing an issue caused by the dealership garage on my brakes. Simply put, they won’t fleece you, they are honest and reliable. I’m not going anywhere else. Ever.

My husband & I have used Paddock Wood MOT Service & Repairs Ltd for around 4 or 5 years now. I have never trusted a garage as fully as I trust this one!! Very knowledgeable & experienced mechanics & great customer service. They will not do work that doesn’t need doing. Costs are kept as reasonable as possible & Toby explains everything clearly & transparently. They have gone the extra mile for us on more than one occasion & we are very grateful. Very highly recommended!

After disappointing experiences with two other local garages, I decided to try this one—and I’m so glad I did. Toby and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy and comfortable. As a woman, going to a mechanic can sometimes feel intimidating, being dismissed or spoken down to. However, Toby was nothing like that; he provided outstanding service from start to finish. I always use these guys. I took my van in as my brakes were squeaking and they had a look. Turned out they were fine but they could have said that they needed replacing and I would have been none the wiser! So good for them. Trust worthy and prompt service. Plus the front desk guy is really helpful too. Thumbs up from me.
