My kia picanto broke down outside Aldis at Whitstable. A lovely you man called Jay, tried to get the car going for me. He told me he worked at Ford garage herne bay. He was unable to sort the problem. That does not matter. The main thing is Jay stopped and tried to help. I was, and am, so grateful to him. I just wanted to say a big thankyou to him.

I'd suggest County Garage Ford to a friend because the staff were friendly, professional and approachable. There was no hard sell,. The customer service was first class. A handover video was sent prior to collecting our new car, which was a very nice touch. On collection, our new car had been prepared to a very high standard. Our salesman, Greig Card, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use them again.
