Once again, superb service from Nigel and his boys. Booked my BMW 330i E90 in for service and MOT, job was done properly as usual, even the couple of extras I asked for. One such item was a gripe I had about handbrake travel, on collecting the car, the long handbrake travel had been sorted, and it now works better than it has for the last year. In the past they have worked on some of my company vehicles, and these have always been returned almost better than new. Pricing has always been very reasonable, with very friendly, professional service. Without doubt I will be continuing to use this very good company.

Absolutely brilliant. Accommodated an early start to check my old car would pass emmissons on its MOT and managed to get it through. Friendly, professional and offered a courtesy car when it looked like it might need to be retested. Couldn't recommend them highly enough - there aren't enough stars here. Thank you! 👍

Was really impressed when coming here - was staying locally over bank holiday weekend and an issue came up with my car. Took it to them when they opened at 8am and explained the problem and that we were meant to be travelling back at 10am after checkout where we were staying nearby. Someone looked at it straight away to confirm my suspicions and despite them having a fully booked day, not wanting me to drive away with a problem, they got the parts sorted, gave me a courtesy car and it was sorted by 9.45am. Very friendly staff too, really couldn't fault the service I received. What could have been a really stressful day with other garages, disrupting travel plans and delayed us getting home (causing other issues!) was easily solved by people who just really understood and didn't overcomplicate things. They fitted the job in and just managed. Thank you very much to all involved for a really great service :) highly recommend. Also the guy who came out with me for a drive who listened to the car was really sweet, and the lady on reception was very funny - really likeable people :)

Fantastic! We have had services and MOT's here for a while but when the car started having an issue with the clutch we booked it in. Unfortunately it failed before we made it to the appointment and White Rose were very accommodating getting the vehicle in early from the breakdown truck and arranging for the work to be completed very quickly. I really appreciate the incredible service received from the whole team. I would highly recommend!

I have just bought a Defender from Nick at Winchester Auto Barn and the service was excellent. He was relaxed and friendly without any over the top selling, he knew all the details about the car and had it looking great with all the right paperwork on collection. Stopped off here for lunch and I have to say it’s the perfect little spot! I’ve been a number of times, you will always see cools cars here wether that be the sales cars or one stopping by. (See pic of my vehicle and one that stopped by, you can decide which is which!) People here are always lovely, not just on the coffee van. Delicious food, great (local) coffee and exceptional service always.

I rang the garage after getting a flat tyre at a nearby petrol station, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I took the car straight to them, and they assessed it right away. They ordered a new tyre and had it fitted that same afternoon. The team was friendly, helpful, and efficient—fantastic service from start to finish!

Absolutely brilliant service from Andrew Foster’s MOT Centre. I brought my car in for a check-up before a road trip, and they went above and beyond. I even asked if they could change the spark plugs, and they managed to do it during the same appointment. I’ve trusted them with my car for its MOT before, but after today, they’ve gained my full confidence. No nonsense, no upselling—just honest, straightforward work. To top it off, they washed my car for free! A perfect local business for local people. Highly recommend.

I've had an issue with an intermittent engine light (valve issue) for the last year, but wasn't showing in other garages when plugged in. Came on just before my MOT, so I thought I'd just leave it and finally get to the bottom of it. The whole team at the garage were fantastic. Identified the issue, found the part, and quoted me a very fair price for fixing and retest. Part took far longer than we expected, but they were proactive in chasing it up and keeping me updated. Very happy with the service and will happily use again.

I got recommend these guys by a friend. Took my car in because it had no give on clutch pedal. Initial diagnostics was quoted at £1100 as they needed to do the clutch and take the engine out to change a slave cylinder in the transmission. A few days later, they called me and said the clutch was actually fine and no need to change it and they were able to change the slave cylinder another way without an extra days worth of labour so took the price down to £300. They could’ve easily taken me for more as I’d already agreed to £1100 but they were very friendly, honest and open about the issues and saved me £800. 100% would recommend, brilliant service.

I was unfortunate to suffer a vehicle breakdown nearby on a busy stretch of road. My breakdown cover had expired so I was in a bit of a pickle! New Farm Motor Services were just down the road and they agreed to recover the vehicle to their location. When I asked what the price was they simply said 'Just give us something for the tea fund.' It's difficult to find decent customer service, nevermind somebody who wouldn't look at my desperate situation with an eye for profit. Top job and much obliged for your assistance!

We had some issues with a tyre on our way to London and thanks to Google searching we found this garage close to the street. Mr. Ropley was really helpful and friendly. He quickly checked the car while having a nice chat. After the short stop we could head on to London safely. Thank you.

Great people to deal with, upfront, reasonable charges, high quality workmanship, plus an ability to offer personal attention.. the only downside is the poor state of the entrance road, which I believe is the responsibility of the caretaker landlady, who refuses to spend any money on its repair..
