Derek Osgood has been amazing servicing and fixing my Bongo. They are courteous, efficient and I feel so confident that my Bongo is in good hands whenever I take her in. I totally trust this company and always feel I get great service at a fair price. Highly recommended

Was really impressed when coming here - was staying locally over bank holiday weekend and an issue came up with my car. Took it to them when they opened at 8am and explained the problem and that we were meant to be travelling back at 10am after checkout where we were staying nearby. Someone looked at it straight away to confirm my suspicions and despite them having a fully booked day, not wanting me to drive away with a problem, they got the parts sorted, gave me a courtesy car and it was sorted by 9.45am. Very friendly staff too, really couldn't fault the service I received. What could have been a really stressful day with other garages, disrupting travel plans and delayed us getting home (causing other issues!) was easily solved by people who just really understood and didn't overcomplicate things. They fitted the job in and just managed. Thank you very much to all involved for a really great service :) highly recommend. Also the guy who came out with me for a drive who listened to the car was really sweet, and the lady on reception was very funny - really likeable people :)

Absolutely brilliant. Accommodated an early start to check my old car would pass emmissons on its MOT and managed to get it through. Friendly, professional and offered a courtesy car when it looked like it might need to be retested. Couldn't recommend them highly enough - there aren't enough stars here. Thank you! 👍
