My sister had used Rob's garage for some time before she died, and when I had a problem with coded keys for her car, Rob went out of his way to make enquiries for me and then put me in contact with a specialist who he has worked with in the past (someone who turned out to be first-class!). All this was done even though there was no financial benefit to the garage. Truly outstanding customer service - if there were more people like Rob in the world it would be a better place.
