I can't recommend United Motors highly enough. I stumbled across Sam and his team a couple of weeks ago when I had some serious problems with my car. They sorted the issues out in no time and it was running better than ever within a few days. Very good value and I have since used them for tyre replacements and an MOT that was done within a couple of hours. Great car wash service as well! I was encouraged also by chatting to a black cab driver who was also there picking up his car that said he and his family have been going there for 20 years and he couldn't speak highly enough about that all round service. Great to hear and I have found just that in my experience.

I was looking for a garage around Shepherds Bush because I needed to service my car. I decided to visit a couple of garages to get quotes and feel for places. I visited another garage first and then I come across United City Motors and spoke with very friendly Sam and he's quote for full service was not only reasonable (cheaper) but they also specialise in German cars, which I have, so I was happy to proceed with them. I was told to bring my car back next day and picked it up following day, full service done for money quoted, no extra repairs needed. I also had an engine light come up on my dashboard, which I was very happy that they were able to investigate because the car is over 22 year’s old and most garages do not have right equipment to investigate and told me that there is no problem with my engine it was old fault that was not cleared from dashboard. Plus, my car was cleaned inside and out and so I am very pleased. I am pleased I found this place and will bring my car back for MOT because I feel not only are they experienced but also honest.

Sam the owner is beyond amazing. Took my Porsche in which the dealer was ripping me off re repairs and he did the work a fraction of the cost and did it with love. They also do a great job of cleaning your car. What a great find ! Thank you Sam

Sam did a great job and got a dent out without needing to replace anything, the hand car wash was brilliant too. Will definitely be coming back to service my car here next month :)

I've just had the best experience at United City Motors, I'm always cautious of going to new mechanics and have had a few bad experiences in the past. I took my vehicle to Kwikfit who did the MOT and service and told me that i had an coolant leak and oil leak. I took it to Sam as he's the closest mechanic to where i lived (having not used him before) and i cannot recommend him highly enough. He inspected the car, called me approx 60 mins after a told me that the oil leak was minor and he could repair free of charge and the coolant leak needed a new part for which he quoted very reasonably (whilst throwing in some extras). He kept the old part to show me the damage. I picked my car up 24 hours after and the car had unexpextedly been cleaned inside and out, he even took the trouble of cleaning the enginge (which was in much need as the car had been sat dormant for over 6 months collecting dust and debris). Very glad to have found Sam - a genuine man who appears to do what he does for the love of it and wants to over deliver. I will certainly be going back again.
