I cannot thank Alex, Coco, Ella and Danny at CarFix Garage in Colindeep Lane, in Colindale for their friendly and professional service they provided for me, on my Ford Focus. From the very 1st call to enquire about the issue I had with my new car (only brought it a few days before, from what I thought was an honest dealership, turned out not to be), to coming in with my car, Alex diagnosed the fault, explained everything to me, and has been just so so helpful and kind. I was very upset by the dealership that lied to me about a hidden problem that did not show up on any online check, as it was a recent problem. CarFix have been totally amazing, and I cannot thank them enough. The garage is huge and, the waiting room upstairs is very big, with a TV and coffee machine and cold drinks freezer, plus lots of chocolates to eat, all free of charge. There are toilets upstairs near the waiting room. The waiting room over looks the workshop, so you can see your car being fixed! Downstairs in Reception, lovely Coco, along with her colleague Ella, were just wonderful. So helpful and so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, as I was so stressed about the car. They lent me a phone charger whilst I waited for my car to be fixed, and said if there is anything they can do, to just ask. They are the first members of staff you see when you arrive, and they honestly, are a credit to the company. Danny has been simply WONDERFUL, I don’t know where to begin. There were a few issues with my car when I brought it in, and Danny couldn’t do enough to reassure me that the car will be 100%, and I mustn’t worry. I had to bring that car back for something else a day or so later, and I left the car whilst Danny worked on it (this was on Saturday 18th January 2025) , but I was running late to pick the car up. I messaged Danny and he said don’t worry, he will wait for me to get here, and he did, an hour after the garage shut!! How amazing was that? I felt so bad, as I was travelling by other means of transport to get to CarFix to pick the car up, and Danny waited over an hour after closing time, so that he could give me the keys back to my car, and have the car back for the rest of the weekend. I truly don’t know of any garage that has members of staff that are so kind like this, and in my 36 years of driving, I’ve been to many garages with different cars I’ve had, but never had the fantastic customer service that I have experienced with CarFix in Colindeep Lane in Colindale. Danny goes above and beyond to make sure not only the car is fixed and 100% ok, but he has the most amazing, down to earth, genuine and friendly personality, that as a customer, reassured me, and that is why I will always use CarFix in Colindale. Danny you are a credit to the company, and I really hope your boss sees this review, because you deserve the allocade. My son is also so impressed at how down to earth you are, and the highly professional service you provide for your customers and their vehicles. Thank you again Danny 🙏🙏 Alex, also went above and beyond to get my car fixed the same day, as I had to drive some distance later on in the day. He’s been superb. Coco made time to chat to me, and reassured me that the car will be ok, and it is now, but only thanks to you all at CarFix Garage in Colindeep Lane, Colindale. Highly satisfied with the work completed. Danny is a great professional who understands customer care. Modern garage that provides a customer service. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone who needs work done.

Went in for MOT test. I did the booking on WhatsApp for 11 30, and on 11 30 my car was in for test. The waiting room is really nice, you have coffee machine and you have windows to see the work they are doing for your car. The reception staff nice as well. I recommend them.

Very happy with the work that was carried out by CarFix Garage. Was quick and simple to get an appointment for repairs to my vehicles rear bumper. Was met by Danny whom was very welcoming and keep me up to date throughout. The repairs were very high quality and it’s like the damage wasn’t even there.

Lovely people warm friendly professional attitude.. The receptionists are very good nice and helpful.. I got free water plus coffee mechanics as well.. Honestly the best customer experience in a long time.. Danny looked after nicely and was easy to talk about my car because i didn't have a clue what was wrong. I would recommend that you go see these guys 5 star garage
