This is the first time I have used Garage Express and I am impressed. The customer service was excellent, booking my car in was easy, the price was cheaper than their competitors, they did not pressure me into extra services, the reception area was clean and I was able to work while I waited. They even had a coffee/tea machine. The staff were all very friendly and answered my questions professionally. I have found my future car garage!
The team is great. I have been struggling with my car, I have been there many times as my car was showing the engine light randomly, but the guys were really supportive, patiently checking the car to find out what is the problem…very honest to make recommendations and what I need to do to prevent a future issue with my Nissan. Sometimes as woman you need to be explain a car issues in easy language, as you don’t understand those technical problems, so they did. Thanks a lot!
