My car had an engine fault and broke down on Sunday. I decided to try my luck and contacted a garage. Tony responded quickly, even though the garage was closed on Sunday. He advised me to drop the car off at Highview Garage, and he would take a look at it on Monday. I expected the repair to take a long time and cost a lot. To my surprise, Tony called me this morning (Tuesday) and told me the car was ready and fully fixed. The bill was much lower than I expected! My car keys weren't working and the guys at reception and as I'd just got the batteries changed I thought it was something more serious. Turns out the batteries were flat. New batteries fitted in a matter of minutes and half the price of Timpsons!! Very very happy. Will definitely come here for my MOT.

My first experience of using Top Gear garage and I have to say their customer service , knowledge and professalism was excellent. My car was smoking from the engine bay, potentially resulting in a very costly repair, however Alex (mechanic) undertook a comprehensive diagnostics and was able to totally repair my car at a hugely reduced price than I originally thought. This is the best garage I have ever used in over 20 years of driving. They always do a fantastic job, and always at a great price. They are true professionals – they know their stuff and are trustworthy. And they are a really lovely bunch of blokes, too. If, like me, you are clueless about cars, and you've felt that the garage people have seen you coming a mile off, I can tell you you won't ever feel like that with these guys.

MOTs are never a pleasure, it’s like waiting for a doctors tests results. But at Top gear it was a pleasure. The service was informative, friendly, quick, and honest. I just wish I’d used them sooner.

Finally I can say I've found the right place who I can go to without doubt, so far I've done plenty of MOT and services here as well as changed my water pump, timing kit, wheel bearings and fixed my electric windows. They have completed the jobs on time efficiently and quoted me the best price on labour after also getting me discount for the parts required. Faizal is well spoken and has a friendly approach to customer's which is key to satisfying the customer's understanding of the job to be carried out. . Communication through out the process is excellent and you are kept well updated with what stage the vehicle is at so you can plan accordingly to stay on top of your daily routine. Glad I found this place.

This is a great Mot centre. Great customer service. I have used this Mot centre for past 5 years and always liked it. If car fails Mot you don't have to pay. So you are not chained like most mot centre. No pass no fee which sounds great fo many. The people in this mot centre do not try to create work for them. They are a trustworthy company. I always recommend people to go there get job done and then you can judge how good they are.

Very nice people and workshop. Cheap and best. The work is done to satisfaction. This place is diffrent from most of the other workshops i have been because you can see what they are doing and you can make suggestions which are not possible in most of the other places. You can show them any minute concerns while waiting there and they will address it. I liked the place of two main reasons first they have done a good job on my car second they let you stay and point out every problems you have with the car if you want.
