I'm new to the area and needed to fix a problem with my car's fan asap. I found Gates online and tried them based on the excellent reviews. They were super helpful - I dropped my car in Thursday PM and picked up Fri lunchtime - problem resolved. They kept me in the loop as to possible problems and costs so there weren't any surprises. Definitely will return and recommend.
