I booked online for a MOT. Super easy to deal with servicing centre. The team called me on the day of the booking to remind and confirm the appointment. The service lasted no longer than an hour during which I was able to pop next door to the cafe for some toast and tea. Paperwork was served and DVLA site updated with MOT details after the service. Reception is extremely poor in the estate so come prepared if you can plan on staying during the service.

Friendly staff are always happy to help answering and explaining what needs to be done , and when it comes to fixing your vehicle, they are on point. Booking ahead.

Highly recommend Dave (Chigwell Servicing Centre). My Hyundai Ioniq failed its MOT at Hyundai service centre for faulty brakes which resulted in a quote of around £3000 to repair (I was advised that the ABS pump needed replacing). I called Chigwell Servicing Centre and Dave was so helpful and clearly did not want to be influenced by Hyundai’s recommendation and booked me in the next day to do his own diagnostic assessment. He was super knowledgeable and patient with explaining the basics of how brakes in a hybrid works and why he did not believe there was anything wrong with the car. His guy did the MOT and indeed there was nothing wrong with the car because the car passed MOT!. I’m so grateful that I met Dave and his team. Truly a rare find in the world of servicing garages/mechanics. Thank you Dave!

Used them 2 years in a row. Positives for me are that they are not cowboys and always did a good job on my MOT and full car servicing. Reasonably priced as well. Nothing negative to write about them, will recommend.
