Jules, Steve, Matt and the two young chaps are always professional, polite and get the job done without ripping you off. I take all 3 of our cars to them for servicing, MOT's and repairs when needed and they have never let me down. If you want your car repaired with minimum fuss but maximum professionalism use BCRC.

This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Amazing service, had so much trouble with our Nissan. Could have easily fobbed us off and let us drive away as they were unsure on the issue. Phil and Steve went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. Superb garage and decent guys too
