Last Wednesday during I was attending my wife and sons grave at Caundle Marsh and unfortunately during the journey in the stormy conditions I must have hit a puddle with a pot hole and damaged my rear near side tyre hence a puncture. Being a in my mid 80's I did not relish the job of changing the tyre especially in the weather conditions, but Peter at the garage was on the job instantly and was so helpful and made me feel that he really wanted to help and i was very grateful more so as he refused any payment for the service. Very helpful and hopefully will resolve the issue with my car! Well it's a year on and this is an update! Following the temporary repairs to find out how much it would cost to fix, after paying for this and putting on hold these repairs as I could afford until I had taken the garage I bought the from from to court! The inspection after I had a positive outcome on the mot was to knock out some electrics that would then not pass an MOT! After a failed court case I was left with the burden of the full cost of £750..in my opinion this garage made things worse for me and my car and when ask if they could help with some of the cost they declined! So this is a second garage I would think twice about ever using again! Because they certainly didn't give a dam about the damage they caused while investigating the fault, which I paid them for!

We had an issue with our car on a Saturday morning on bank holiday weekend - Pete was amazing, very reassuring and friendly, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes!

Full cambelt service carried out in a great time with excellent efficiency and quality all with a friendly smile. Bishops Caundle Garage really is a hidden gem and importantly as a woman I did not once feel patronised which is a massive plus and a rare find! Super team, as Arnie says "I'll be back".
