Went to get an MOT today at this shop after seeing positive reviews online. Booked at 3pm and my car was in his shop at 4:30. Great value, quick and efficient as well as great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to go here.
Top level customer service! Offered me a slot the following morning for a problem that meant my vehicle was undriveable. Very accommodating and helpful on the phone. Fast turn round time and was kept well informed of price and the problem etc. Will be using again and highly recommend.
Very helpful and charming team. They gave me enormous confidence in the safety of my tyres today (I’m a volunteer driver and was worried in such cold weather, my tyres were not up to scratch) Used Motatec for my MOT and replacement parts and tyres for 2-3 years.
