So so happy to find this friendly efficient garage. Just went in for an MOT and they went above and beyond, doing a small repair without charge as well as a timely MOT and with a clear explanation of an advisory. I will be back for sure and recommend them highly....As a woman on my own I often come across misogynistic tradesmen (sad but so true) but no chance of that with these guys. Best garage I’ve ever used. Ive always found it hard to find a honest garage. I’ve had my car done here several times recently. Such friendly, trustworthy staff and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else from now on. They really look after your car whilst it’s there and the customer service is outstanding.

Only been in for an MOT so far after moving into the area. However first impressions (and after all that's what matters) is that it is a proper garage with people that know their stuff, aren't out to try and 'upsell' extras and repairs etc and are happy to chat about what was found etc. Definitely going to be the garage I head back to without a doubt for anything I can't sort/do and all my future MOTs

Excellent - very reasonable cost. Fixed the multiple issues I took my car in for and diagnosed an intermittent brake issue that several other garages had failed to identify, which is a huge relief at last! Great communication when I spoke to them both on the phone and in person (seem very knowledgeable), cleaned down the card machine with an antibac wipe before I used it, and as part of the service made some much appreciated checks & advisories and even took the care to oil the door hinges and bonnet catch. I will definitely return for any future repairs and maintenance. Very happy.

Really great garage. Communication is excellent, always seem happy to help as well as talk through issues before doing work. Even when booking online didn’t work once they still tried to fit the car in.

A brilliant garage, with friendly and honest staff. Was recommended a more appropriate service for my needs, but without any pressure being applied. When I took their advice they went the extra mile to ensure I wasn't dissapointed, such as cleaning the whole car and knocking some money off the price to fall closer to what the man had first estimated on the phone. I instantly recommended them to the Good Garage Scheme after leaving!

Had some routine work done which uncovered other issues which resulted in it taking longer than we originally thought. They were throroughly professional and communicated well throughout. This was the first time I'd used them and will definitely be going back.

Neil is amazing. The first time I went to him, I had an MOT which needed to be done quickly. He turned around quickly and professionally, when other garages were not accommodating for short notice. The second time, my clutch failed. He ordered the parts necessary, but upon further investigation discovered that only one part was required. He had the honesty and decency to let me know, and the job was much cheaper than anticipated. Not many garages would have done this. Neal is friendly, professional, and if I could give him seven stars, instead of five, I would do so.

I had an air suspension fault come up on my range rover and other local garages said that their IT wasn't up the job, a specialist Land Rover place wanted £50 +VAT just to read the fault codes. Nat the owner and fully skilled technician had it plugged in and ran a full report, she was able to nail down the fault and could show me in real time what was going on with the suspension fault. When I followed her to the office and tried to pay her she said it wasn't necessary I tried to insist but to no avail. I was so humbled by her kind gesture that I will be putting the maintenance of our 3 vehicles in their care. Thank you very much Nat

These guys carried out an MOT for me after I had been ripped off at another station. They were respectful and efficient and pointed out areas where work will be required in the future and fixed a rear light for me for a small sum. My car broke down at the shell garage just at the end of the street, I saw the garage and entered for help. A young man was sent with me to try and get my car sorted. Long story short not only did he get my car going again he said don't worry about it when I asked how much he wanted for getting me back on my way. It's good to know there's some genuine honest people that are willing to help at no cost. If I was local to the area I would definitely use this place for my motoring needs
