I typically use a main dealer for servicing for my car, however they had recently let me down at last minute and managed to get an appointment with DCM in Shaftesbury. I entered their reception area (bright and airy) and was met by their front desk staff in a very friendly manner. I was offered a hot drink whilst I waited. When the service was complete, the engineer didn't just disappear, they actually stayed to chat about what they had completed, before handing over the the front desk staff. I will have no hesitation in using DCM in the future!

Brilliant service. I rang about getting a new battery for my daughter’s car on Monday. They called back with a price within 10 minutes. It was fitted 36 hours later, the earliest convenient time for us.

Having been unwell with the flu I explained that my hearing has been affected and I couldn't hear very well at all!!!!! the service receptionist was very understanding, helpful and patient ensuring I understood what was happening with my car, keeping me updated on progress. I was very well.looked after as always, when myself or my daughters go to Shaftesbury DCM. We always know that we can trust the team with our cars. We are incredibly happy and we continue to use DCM as will know we will be well advised and given great advice at great prices. Thank you.

Well what can I say I know when you get lots of 5 star reviews people think well maybe. But this is for real my daughter had a slow air leak in one of her tyres I tried at a local garage they said can’t do anything until the next day. Started heading home and passing DCM tried on the off chance I was lucky three young ladies behind the desk and asked me what I wanted I explained one of them checked and said if I could wait 20 mins I said thank you I sat down I was offered a cup of tea and a biscuit 20 minutes later job done the cost was less than I expected so yes I will be back in future thanks again guys good job.
