They were very busy on the Monday morning when I dropped off my car for a service and MOT, due to a lot of staff off for various reasons including illness and attending a funeral. Despite this,the receptionist kept her cool and tried to accommodate everyone. She was run off her feet between dealing with customers and answering the phone. Due to the staff shortage, and the fact the car had to be retested after a tyre change, my car was not ready until the end of the day. To my surprise,I had a discount on the invoice because I had to wait longer than anticipated to collect my car. Great service and I will be going back.

I typically use a main dealer for servicing for my car, however they had recently let me down at last minute and managed to get an appointment with DCM in Shaftesbury. I entered their reception area (bright and airy) and was met by their front desk staff in a very friendly manner. I was offered a hot drink whilst I waited. When the service was complete, the engineer didn't just disappear, they actually stayed to chat about what they had completed, before handing over the the front desk staff. I will have no hesitation in using DCM in the future!

Having been unwell with the flu I explained that my hearing has been affected and I couldn't hear very well at all!!!!! the service receptionist was very understanding, helpful and patient ensuring I understood what was happening with my car, keeping me updated on progress. I was very well.looked after as always, when myself or my daughters go to Shaftesbury DCM. We always know that we can trust the team with our cars. We are incredibly happy and we continue to use DCM as will know we will be well advised and given great advice at great prices. Thank you.

Brilliant service. I rang about getting a new battery for my daughter’s car on Monday. They called back with a price within 10 minutes. It was fitted 36 hours later, the earliest convenient time for us.
