Really friendly and really great work done . This is the only Garage I'd ever use and trust. They go out there way too sort your problems with your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. It's so nice to know you won't ever get ripped off. I wish you could score more than 5 stars could easly give 100 stars. The owner is a lovely man very friendly and always make me smile with his wit. Everyone so friendly and they really know there stuff. I've had it b4 a bulb gone they fixed it and not charged me, so truly amazing. They value the customers. I needed two tyres and rang to check they had them in stock. I was treated courteously and efficiently by the member of staff on the phone, who also told me how much they would be fitted. I went to Shaftesbury where all members of staff were welcoming and my car went straight into the workshop to have the new tyres fitted. Meanwhile there was a comfortable seating area to wait in and I was asked if I wanted a hot drink. The team at DCM Shaftesbury are busy, but always polite, and explain things fully and clearly. I would always recommend this great company to others for their great services and prices. Thanks again guys!

Called in yesterday whilst passing. Wheel previously repaired elsewhere(pot hole) was causing a vibration. Immediately served by great reception staff, no need to book in(big plus). Receptionist quickly checked the wheel over, advised they could check balance, alignment and 'straightness' and advised prices for each step. Short wait, technician took the car out, reported his findings back to me, discussed and advised next step, again with costs. Print out of alignment provided and explained. Half hour later all work was completed. Alignment and wheel balance undertaken, repair was still ok. Updated alignment report showing changes provided and update from technician. Entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Professional, efficient, quick, detailed and cost effective. No dirty hand prints on the the controls or seat either! This is the first review I've ever given for anything as I've simply come to expect poor service everywhere these days as normal. Not here, now my go-to garage for everything. Brilliant.

I had a big problem with my car last week so went to DCM to see if they would be able to look at it for me. They were able to fit me in the following day, so I delivered the car the next morning and was then taken home. I received a telephone call later on after they had found the fault. I was informed of what they needed to do and given a quote. The staff are all very helpful and kept me updated with the progress. I think that the job took a little longer than they anticipated but I eventually had the car delivered back to me, extremely pleased with the fact that the job came under their original quote too. Later in the afternoon a member of staff came to my house and gave me a thank you card and a bottle of wine. I was quite taken aback by the gesture. What a fantastic all round service by wonderful staff.

Burnt out my clutch while driving and was completely stressed. The AA towed me to this garage and I’m so glad they did! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—one of them even gave me a lift to the station 20 minutes away so I could get home safely which was above and beyond. They kept me informed the whole time with updates on fixing the car. Fantastic service from start to finish, would 100% recommend.

What can I say? Every time I use Elite Garages, I find friendly, polite, and professional people throughout. The pricing is very fair and acceptable for all the work they undertake, and the quality of work is very high. I just can't fault them. They are a brilliant team all around. Lovely staff reasonable cost. Unfortunately had to book in to correct a mistake. Which did they did for no charge, was happy with their response. I will still continue to use them. Really like the way the garage looks well kept, not really dirty and messy.

We regularly use EAS for our repairs / servicing / mots and plug ins / diagnostics. We have a fleet of 70 vehicles and put majority of it thru roger and the team. Rarely a problem they cant fix, always only too happy to help. Have become great friends having initially met through work. Great team. highly recommended and folk should always support their local businesses. Its a thorough but fair MOT too and they do aircon.

I find EAS really friendly and also honest. I had an issue with my car showing an issue with my airbag system. They did a diagnostic and could have said this or that needed fixing but it was just a lose connection for when I had the car valeted. They have been responsive on the phone and accommodating as well.

We have used EAS for many years on both our jaguar cars and small vans. Always friendly and very good technicians. Not expensive either. Recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Rapid Fit, courteous staff and very efficient, I've dropped my car in many times without an appt and they've always dealt with my car there and then, they've even come to my work when my battery died, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. After experiencing some brake issues on our travels, we pulled in and despite the place being super busy, the boss Kieran came out and inspected the problem areas. Within 45mins we had new brake pads, a full diagnosis and were on our way. Exceptional service. Thanks again guys.

Despite obviously being very busy, Fast Fit made the time to deal with a puncture while we waited, having pulled in with no appointment. The technician accurately diagnosed the fault, & efficiently repaired the tyre. Many thanks to Fast Fit. Mini Countryman service and MOT carried out quickly and at a good price. Asked if I wanted a lift as I live the other side of town (which I didn't, but offering was nice). Friendly staff who were later happy to help (for free) with minor issue that arose in rear light casing.

Excellent service- over and above expectation in that the manager researched availability of a part at home to advise availability and cost of an issue discovered during the service of my car. Service cost very good and work completed within the day- it was a busy day for them so I was thinking it must be popular with others too.

Truly fantastic place to get your car serviced and repaired. Wayne and Richard in particular are absolute stars. They are ALWAYS helpful, expert, honest, incredibly polite and cheerful. Whilst on holiday I needed a brake light replacing. Although very busy they told me to bring the car in and they would sort it out. Fully expecting a large bill but was only charged £2, yes you read it right... for parts, fitting and excellent service. Cannot recommend this garage enough.

This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Amazing service, had so much trouble with our Nissan. Could have easily fobbed us off and let us drive away as they were unsure on the issue. Phil and Steve went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. Superb garage and decent guys too

I have always received excellent service from Cooks Garage, but recently they excelled themselves. My vehicle was with them for it's annual MOT test and service, when a third party's van swiped it and then drove off. The damage was pointed out to me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, and within two weeks they had arranged for the damage to be repaired at no cost to me, including driving it to and from the body shop for the respray. The not insubstantial cost was entirely borne by Cooks Garage even though they were unable to recoup anything from the third party. I cannot praise them highly enough, and it is so refreshing to find a business which shows such honesty and integrity. Thank you!
