Really happy with this garage, they've had my van in for a heater matrix which I was expecting to be a big job, but only took them a few hours to do which was amazing! Then dropped our Volvo off for belts and a tensioner, they did it, again, without issue and at a good price. Will be using them on a regular basis from now on!

Just had my car serviced at Autotech, Yetminster. What fantastic service So easy to book my car in and to have a courtesy car Really helpful conversation with Richard on arrival concerning a couple of issues and it so refreshing to have such a conversation and to be made to feel like a respected customer and not just another account The service on my car was done quickly and efficiently and Richard talked me through all the work that had been fulfilled and why The best news though was the invoice. It was well within my expected figure I cannot recommend Autotech Yetminster high enough They are honest and trustworthy and doing a great job with a quality of service sadly lacking in the larger garages

Excellent service at fair price

This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Pulled in there this afternoon in a panic after getting a tyre pressure loss warning. They were very busy but a man took the car away immediately, checked tyres and pumped them up (I’d done them the week before at a supermarket patrol station machine which apparently are unreliable). Very friendly and extremely helpful and kind. I’m very grateful. Mentioned them to my neighbour who said they are brilliant for ordering and fitting new tyres , so now I know. Thank you.

Genuinely could not recommend this garage highly enough! I was driving home from Bridport when my car suddenly started making an extremely loud noise when accelerating. Rang this garage the next morning as it was very local to me and they offered immediate assistance and were really flexible; adapting to my work schedule. As a young woman who is admittedly not very good with cars [and is a first time driver/car owner] the thought of going to a garage was quite stressful as I was really worried about being ripped off/belittled but I genuinely lucked out so much here! All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and informative from start to finish, and the mechanic even brought me under the car to show me what the issue was which I really appreciated. They were happy to offer advice on any questions and concerns I had about my car and even looked over a few things for me free of charge! On the whole, the garage offers very competitive pricing and excellent service in addition to skilled and efficient workmanship. Due to the service I received I was very happy to come back with all my future car concerns and even get some cosmetic work done. The garage would have become my absolute go-to if it wasn't for me relocating out of Dorset, but i'd genuinely recommend to all those local to west dorset/the dorchester area, as well as those passing through.

We had family members visiting for Christmas and one of their cars had an engine light come on. After phoning around several local garages Kittwhistle said they could help the same day. Within 10 minutes the problem was diagnosed and explained and our minds were put to rest. Kittwhistle would take no money for their help. Tyre pressure warning light came on as we were driving to the Dorset coast. Pulled in at Kittwhistle Garage to have a look. One tyre did look a little low on pressure. Spoke to the receptionist and she called the mechanic who very kindly checked all tyre pressures and topped up the slightly low one. Suggested we monitor it for the next few days, but he couldn't see anything obviously wrong. Very helpful and friendly, wouldn't take any money for his time. Highly recommend this garage.
