This was my first time using Hamilton Auto Tech Ltd but it certainly won't be the last. Richard and his team went above and beyond regarding my vehicles repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my VW Polo and regularly updated me with quotes prior to carrying out any of the work. He repaired my car in a timely manner using genuine VW parts and it cost less than 70% quoted by the main dealer. I was recommended Richard from a friend and I am now glad I have found a mechanic I can trust 100%. If you are searching the internet for vehicle repairs then please look no further. Always first class diagnostics and service. I have been using Hamilton Auto Tech for 7 years now for servicing my Mercedes and for one off issues and would highly recommend. Richard has great knowledge of Mercedes and is also very fair to his customers- he pointed me to the main dealer for a latent defect repair that Mercedes had to fund when I had no idea, saving me over £1500.

Took my car into Rich for its annual service this morning, first time visiting, and he was absolutely spot on. Loaned me a courtesy car while he worked on mine, completed the service very quickly and even took time to fix my number plate which was coming off. Rich provided a very professional and knowledgeable service. Very happy with the cost of the service as it was significantly more reasonable than all the other quotes I'd been given.
