One of the best working cafes I’ve been to. You don’t ever have to worry about finding a seat to work as it’s a huge place. Good availability of charging ports. Cappuccino is one of the best I’ve had! Staff are welcoming and really friendly. Bathroom is nice and clean, no unwelcoming stenches 😅. Good transport links around, with access to buses and a 10min walk to London Bridge Station.
Best coffee, best workspace and BEST staff!! Owen, Sophie & Soae are so kind and always so fun to talk to. Always enjoy going there :)

I’ve been coming here to work for over two years. It used to be called Shaman, but I have to say, since it became Frequency Coffee, it’s improved 200%. The staff here is super kind, and there’s one guy in particular, Owen, who always stands out with his amazing vibe and friendly attitude.. He really makes a difference every time I visit. The sandwiches are also delicious—I literally have one every day.
Stopped by Owen & Soae and had an incredible experience! The oat latte was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, while the matcha green latte had a vibrant, authentic flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The attention to detail in crafting both drinks was evident. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking high-quality lattes and a relaxing vibe!
