I only went in for nostalgic reasons, my own recovery and remembering the hundreds of pilots and soldiers taken to this establishment following the wars to have their faces reconstructed. Pioneering surgeons and experimental procedures gave our hero's their lives back. Always gives me tingles in the neck to think about all those folks way back when and then look around to see that some of the facilities still in use may have been operational in the 40's and 50's 😏👍🏽
Small resturant 10 ish tables , some seating outside. Place is clean and food was served hot and well cooked . No complaints.
Best hospital cafe I've ever visited. Lovely staff.
I've had the pleasure of using this cafe on days of my sons appointments. His 20 this year, and we've been coming here since he was born. Food is delicious and fresh, staff are friendly and cheerful and atmosphere is really pleasant. The menu is fairly priced, especially in this economy. All round top marks.
